The K12 is designed specially for electrical oor heang. The oor
sensor is supplied standard with the system. Always switch o the
power before installaon or removal. The connecon should always
be carried out by a qualied electrician according to the local instruc-
ons. Please study these guidelines with cauon before installaon
and use. Save these instrucons carefully for possible later use.

Check before installaon the power is o. Remove the cover and
protecon cap by carefully taking them o together.
Connect the sensor, power and power supply cables according to the
wiring diagram.
Place the thermostat in the right posion and fasten this with two
screws. Replace the cover and protecon cap by pressing them soly.
As soon as the power is turned back on 12.00 will appear ashing and
the thermostat can be used.
In case of a newly installed oor, allow at least three weeks drying out
periods.

Turn on the power aer having checked the installaon instrucons
carefully. In the screen the present room temperature and 12.00h will
appear ashing.


At the boom appears “SET” above the middle buon and by pres-
sing this, the menu will appear.
The menu is made up from:
Day/Time Seng right day and me
Program Change standard week program
Temperature Adjustment standard seng
On/O On/O
Auto/Man Automac or manual

Seng day and me
1. Press the middle buon twice
2. First conrm Day/Time with the middle buon
3. Set the day on the top and conrm
4. Wait unl hour ashes. Set the correct hour and conrm
5. Wait unl minute ashes. Set the right minutes and conrm
Almost immediately automac will appear in the main screen.

The thermostat is now operave following to the standard program.
You can recognise this from the blinking of the two dots between the
hour and the minutes in the main screen. Please do not change this
program during the rst week so the thermostat can store historical
data. When power is consumed the word HEATING will appear on the
screen. If not the thermostat is funconing on stand-by.
In the menu the sengs you will nd underneath are pre-program-
med. These sengs can be adjusted by going into the menu by pres-
sing SET, select the relevant topic, conrming this and then adjusng
this with the le or right buon. Do not forget to conrm all steps
with the middle buon. Aer the last conrmaon the main screen
will appear again.
Incorrect sengs can be reset in the same way.

Choose Auto/Man and press the right buon for approx. 5 seconds.
 Conrm and adjust standard sengs of:
Mo to Fri from 5.00h to 9.00h and from
17.00h to 23.00h. Sa / Sun from 9.00h to 23.00h.
 Adjust comfort temperature and conrm.
Night set back will show. Adjust as below.
The dierence can be approx. 3°C for main
heang and 5°C max. for side heang. For
example: if you set a comfort temperature of 21°C
for side heang, the set back temperature should
not be lower than 16°C.
 Conrm and adjust standard seng On to O or
vice versa.
 Conrm and adjust standard seng Auto to Man
or vice versa.

When desirable a childproof lock can be installed by pressing the mid-
dle buon for approx. 8 seconds. A small lock will
appear in the top right of the screen. This lock can be turned o by
pressing the middle buon for 8 seconds.

When the following codes appear on the screen, rst contact your
supplier.
F1 = Sensor failure
F2 = Power failure
F3 = Memory failure


Choose Auto/Man in the menu and press the le buon for approx. 5
seconds. You now enter the service menu which is only intended for
the installer.
1 = With the ashing number you can adjust the screen contrast.
2 = Press SET - with the ashing number you can now adjust the
calibraon.
3 = Press SET - with the ashing number you can now adjust the dif-
ferenal.
4 = Press SET and the soware number appears on the screen.
To return to the main screen press SET


De K12 is speciaal ontworpen voor elektrische vloer verwarming. De
vloersensor wordt standaard meegeleverd. Schakel voor montage of
demontage aljd de stroom uit. Aansluing dient door een erkend
installateur te gebeuren overeenkomsg de locale voorschrien.
Bestudeer deze aanwijzingen aandachg en voor montage of Inge-
bruikname. Bewaar dit voorschri zorgvuldig voor een eventueel later
gebruik.

Controleer voor montage of de stroom is afgesloten. Verwijder
afdekplaat en beschermkap door deze voorzichg gezamenlijk te
verwijderen.
Sluit sensor, stroom en aansluitkabels aan in overeenstemming met
het aansluitschema.
Breng de thermostaat in posie en borg deze met 2 schroeven.
Herplaats afdekplaat en beschermkap door deze zachtjes aan te druk-
ken. Zodra de spanning in de meterkast wordt aangezet verschijnt
knipperend 12.00 en kan de thermostaat in gebruik worden geno-
men.
In geval het een nieuw aangebrachte vloer betre dient tenminste 3
weken te worden gewacht tot het meeste bouwvocht is verdampt.

Zet de stroom op na de montage aanwijzingen zorgvuldig gecontro-
leerd te hebben. In het beeldscherm verschijnt knipperend 12.00 uur
en de actuele ruimte temperatuur.


Op de onderste regel verschijnt SET en door de middelste
toets licht aan te ppen verschijnt het keuze menu.
Binnen het menu kan gekozen worden uit :
Day/Time Instelling actuele dag en uur
Program Verandering standaard week programma
Temperature Aanpassing standaard instelling
On/O Aan/Uit
Auto/Man Automasch of handbediening
Door de rechterknop aan te ppen verplaatst de posie aanduiding
voor de menufunces. Met de linker toets kan naar voorgaande func-
es worden teruggekeerd.

Datum en jd instellen:
1. Druk 2 maal op de middelste toets.
2. Bevesg eerst Day / Time m.b.v. de middelste toets.
3. Bepaal Ma Di Wo Do Fr Za Zo op de bovenste regel en bevesg
4. Wacht tot uur knippert. Stel eerst het juiste uur in en bevesg
5. Wacht tot minuut knippert. Stel dan de minuten in en bevesg
Vrijwel onmiddellijk verschijnt het hoofdscherm.
De thermostaat is nu in funce in overeenstemming met het stan-
daard programma. Dit is herkenbaar aan het knipperen van puntjes
tussen het uur en de minuten in het hoofdscherm.
Gelieve dit programma de eerste week niet te veranderen zodat de
thermostaat historische gegevens kan opslaan. Indien stroomafname
plaats vindt verschijnt het woordje heang. In het beeldscherm zoniet
funconeert de thermostaat stand-by.
Binnen het keuze menu zijn de onderstaande standaard instellingen
voorgeprogrammeerd. Deze instellingen kunnen gewijzigd worden
door via SET in het keuze menu te komen, het betreende onderwerp
te kiezen en te bevesgen en deze vervolgens te wijzigen met de lin-
ker of rechter toets. Vergeet niet elke stap te bevesgen met de mid-
delste toets. Na de laatste bevesging verschijnt het hoofdscherm.
Foueve instellingen kunnen op dezelfde manier worden hersteld.
 Bevesg en verander standaard instellingen van:
Ma t/m Vr van 5.00 tot 9.00 en van 17.00 tot
23.00, Za / Zo van 9.00 tot 23.00
 Bevesg en verander standaard instelling 22C
Comfort en bevesg pas vervolgens de
automasche nachtverlaging aan. Verschil mag
ca. 3C zijn als hoofdverwarming en max. 5C als
bijverwarming.
 Bevesg en verander standaard instelling On
naar O of omgekeerd.
 Bevesg en verander standaardinstelling Auto
naar Man of omgekeerd.

Indien wenselijk kan een kinderslot worden ingebracht door de mid-
delste toets ca. 8 sec. ingedrukt te houden. Er verschijnt een klein
slotje rechts boven in beeldscherm. Dit slot kan buiten werking wor-
den gesteld door de middelste knop 8 sec. ingedrukt te houden.

Indien in het scherm de volgende codes verschijnen neem dan eerst
contact op met de leverancier.
F1 = sensor storing
F2 = Stroomstoring
F3 = storing in geheugen

Kies Auto/Man in het keuze menu en houdt de linkerknop ca. 5 sec
ingedrukt. Men betreed nu het servicemenu wat enkel en alleen voor
professionelen bestemd is.
1 = Met het knippende cijfer kan het beeldcontrast worden aange-
past.
2 = Druk op SET- met het knippende cijfer kan de calibrae worden
aangepast
3 = Druk op SET- met het knipperende cijfer kan het dierenaal
worden aangepast
4 = Druk op SET en het soware nr. verschijnt in beeld.
Om terug te keren naar het hoofdscherm druk op SET

