must be tight. Always place the

Press the button to end the
cleaning. If the robot starts the
cleaning from the docking station,
it will return to the docking station.
If the robot starts the cleaning from
another starting point, it will go back
to this starting point and won’t be
able to charge.
Stand-by mode:
After 5 min out of the docking station
or 30 min on the docking station, the
robot will be put on stand-by mode.
To wake up the robot, press any
button on the robot or start a
cleaning run from the app.

If the cleaning cycle is nished, the
robot will automatically go back
to the docking station in order to
recharge its battery.
If the battery is empty although
there is still some area uncleaned,
the robot will go back to the docking
station to recharge. In that case, as
soon as the robot is on the docking
station, the start/pause light will stay
lighted (for around 30 min, time for
the robot to go in stand by mode).
As soon as the battery is recharged
completely, the robot will
automatically resume its cleaning
cycle where it stopped.

Spot cleaning:
To perform a spot cleaning or
targeted cleaning, place the robot
on the dedicated area and launch
the spot cleaning with the app.
The robot will clean in a square of
approximately 1m². As soon as the
spot cleaning is done, the robot will
not go back to docking station, it will
stay on its Spot starting point.

In order to extend the battery
lifespan, always keep the robot
charging on the docking station
while not using it.
If the robot is stored o/out of the
docking station, make sure the
robot is OFF and the battery is fully
charged. Store the robot in a fresh
and dry place. Please charge the
robot every 3 months when you are
not using it.

The battery power is weak and the robot is not able to return to the
docking system. Return the robot manually to the docking station in
order for it to recharge.
2010 The robot is no longer positioned
on the ground
The robot is not at ground-level.
Please place the robot on the ground.
2020 One of the robot’s wheels is jammed One of the wheels is jammed and is not working properly.
Turn o the robot and remove the blocking element.
2021 The vacuuming motor is jammed The robot is unable to properly turn on. Call the after-sales service
centre, quoting error code 2021.
2022 The power-brush is jammed/
blocked
The power-brush is not working correctly.
Turn o the robot and remove the blocking element.
Remember to clean the power-brush using the tool provided to
remove hair.
2024 The robot is unable to nd its route
The robot is blocked.
Move the robot, repositioning it in an uncluttered space and re-start
the vacuuming. Move the robot.
2025 The robot has a problem with its
fall sensors
The fall sensors are dirty. Clean the fall sensors with the cloth provided.
The robot is jammed at the top of the stairs. Move the robot.
2030 The robot’s dust collector is not
attached
The robot cannot start without its dust collector.
Attach the dust collector and its lter properly.
Place the dust collector and lter inside the appliance.
2040 The robot’s navigation sensors are
damaged
The robot is unable to properly turn on. Call the after-sales service
centre, quoting error code 2040.
2041 The robot’s gyroscope is damaged The robot is unable to properly turn on. Call the after-sales service
centre, quoting error code 2041.
2050 The robot faced an issue Switch o and switch on the robot and put it back on the docking
station. After booting, the robot will be ready for any command.
The robot does not turn on
The robot does not have sucient battery power to turn on.
Place the robot on the docking station; ensure the ON/OFF switch
under the robot is in the OFF position.
Set the switch to the ON position.

5.
1. Robot stuck
If the robot is stuck, the robot will stop itself. The warning light will be lighted xed and the
dedicated message will be displayed on the app.
In this case, 2 options :
1. User unstucks the robot and places it on the docking station. The robot will start again as
soon as a new cleaning run is launched (from the robot or app).
2. User unstucks the robot and puts it back on the oor within 1m + presses the start/pause
button to resume the cleaning session. The robot will try to relocalize in its environment
and will continue the cleaning session.
2. Eternal stop
• If the robot is stopped out of its docking station and the warning light is blinking, it means
that the robot faced a tricky/delicate situation. The user must switch o/on the robot with
the switch on/o underneath the robot and put it back on the docking station.
• The robot will start again as soon as a new cleaning run is launched (from the robot or app).
3. Battery low
• If the battery reaches less than 10% the robot will enter in a battery low mode. In this mode,
the warning light is lighted xed and the last battery light segment is blinking.
• In that case the user must put back the robot on to the docking station to recharge. The
robot will start again as soon as a new cleaning run is launched (from the robot or app).
4. Brush stuck
If the brush of the robot is stuck (carpet fringe, shoelace...), the robot stops itself. The warning
light will be lighted xed and the dedicated message will be displayed on the app.
In this case, 2 options:
1. User unstucks the brush and places the robot on the right docking station. The robot will
start again as soon as a new cleaning run is launched (from the robot or app)
2. User unstucks the brush and puts the robot back on the oor within 1m + presses the
start/pause button to resume the cleaning session. The robot will try to relocalize in its
environment and will continue the cleaning session.

Replacez le robot sur le sol.
2020 Une des roues du robot est coincée Une des roues est coincée et ne fonctionne pas correctement.
Eteignez votre robot et enlevez l’élément bloquant.
2021 Le moteur d’aspiration est bloqué Le robot ne peut plus démarrer correctement.
Appelez le SAV en renseignant le code erreur 2021.
2022 L’électrobrosse est coincée/bloquée
L’électrobrosse ne fonctionne pas correctement.
Eteignez votre robot et enlevez l’élément bloquant.
Pensez également à nettoyer votre électrobrosse à l’aide de l’outil
fourni pour retirer les cheveux et/ou les poils.
2024 Le robot ne trouve pas son chemin
Le robot est coincé.
Déplacez le robot, le repositionner dans une zone non encombrée et
relancez l’aspiration.
Déplacez le robot.
2025 Le robot a un problème avec ses
capteurs de chute
Les capteurs de chute sont sales.
Nettoyez les capteurs de chute à l’aide du chion doux fourni.
Le robot est bloqué en haut des escaliers.
Déplacez le robot.
2030 Le bac à poussière du robot n’est
pas présent
Le robot ne peut pas démarrer sans son bac à poussière.
Repositionnez correctement le bac à poussière avec son ltre.
Ou positionnez le bac à poussière avec son ltre dans le robot.
2040 Les capteurs de navigation du robot
sont défectueux
Le robot ne peut plus démarrer correctement.
Appelez le SAV en renseignant le code erreur 2040
2041 Le gyroscope du robot est
défectueux
Le robot ne peut plus démarrer correctement.
Appelez le SAV en renseignant le code erreur 2041
2050 Le robot fait face à un problème
Éteignez et remettez le robot en marche et replacez-le sur la station
d’accueil. Après la réinitialisation, le robot sera de nouveau prêt à
répondre à toute commande.
Le robot ne s’allume pas
Le robot n’a plus susamment de batterie pour s’allumer.
Placez le robot sur la base de charge
L’interrupteur ON/OFF est positionné sur OFF sous le robot.
Mettez l’interrupteur en position ON.

1. El robot está atascado
Si el robot está atascado, automáticamente se detendrá. La luz de advertencia se encenderá
ja y el mensaje correspondiente aparece en la aplicación.
En este caso, hay 2 opciones:
1. El usuario desatasca el robot y lo coloca en la estación de carga. El robot volverá a ponerse
en marcha de nuevo cuando se active un nuevo ciclo de limpieza (desde el robot o la
aplicación).
2. El usuario desatasca el robot y vuelve a colocarlo en el suelo a menos de 1 m y pulsa el
botón inicio/pausa para reanudar la sesión de limpieza. El robot intentará relocalizarse en
la zona y seguirá con la sesión de limpieza.
2. Parada eterna
• Si el robot se detiene fuera de la estación de carga y la luz de advertencia está parpadeando,
esto signica que el robot ha tenido una situación complicada/delicada. El usuario deberá
apagar/encender el robot con el interruptor on/o de debajo del robot y volver a colocarlo
en la estación de carga.
• El robot volverá a ponerse en marcha de nuevo cuando se active un nuevo ciclo de limpieza
(desde el robot o la aplicación).
3. Baja carga de batería
• Si la batería alcanza un nivel inferior de carga al 10%, se activará el modo de batería baja.
En este modo, la luz de advertencia permanecerá encendida ja y el último segmento de la
luz de la pila parpadeará.
• En este caso, el usuario deberá volver a colocar el robot en la estación de carga para
recargarlo. El robot volverá a ponerse en marcha de nuevo cuando se active un nuevo ciclo
de limpieza (desde el robot o la aplicación).
4. El cepillo está atascado
Si el cepillo del robot está atascado (en los ecos de una alfombra, el cordón de un zapato...),
el robot se detendrá. La luz de advertencia se encenderá ja y el mensaje correspondiente
aparece en la aplicación.
En este caso, hay 2 opciones:
1. El usuario desatasca el cepillo y coloca el robot en la Estación de Carga. El robot volverá
a ponerse en marcha cuando se ejecute un nuevo ciclo de limpieza (desde el robot o la
aplicación)
2. El usuario desatasca el cepillo y vuelve a colocar el robot en el suelo con más de 1m y
pulsa el botón de inicio/pausa para reanudar la sesión de limpieza. El robot intentará
relocalizarse en la zona y seguirá con la sesión de limpieza.
