In deze gebruikershandleiding wordt
uitgelegd hoe u de CF-5 handbediende
aardappelchipmachine installeert en
onderhoudt
Deze machine is ontworpen en
geproduceerd volgens de Europese
machinerichtlijn 98/37/EEC.
MONTAGE
1. Bevestig de voeten met de boutjes.
2. Til de hendel naar de hoogste positie.
3. Met de hendel in die positie, plaatst
u één uiteinde van de veer in de
bovenste pen en trekt u de veer naar
beneden totdat deze in de onderste pen
past.
4. Herhaal stap 3 met de andere veer.
REINIGING
Voor een optimale reiniging CF-5 van uw
handbediende fritessnijder, verwijdert u het
mesrooster en het drukstuk. Maak hiervoor
de bevestigingsschroeven los.
Rei dinig alle onderdelen e in contact zijn
gew jk eest met voedsel onmiddelli na
gebrui metk heet er en voedselgeschikt wat
wasmiddel. Spoel vervolgens af met warm
water en desinfecteer et ethylalcohol (90°) m
op een zachte doek .
Het mesrooster zijn scherp. Ga voorzichtig
met ze om tijdens het reinigen .
AE VAN
MESROOSTER & DRUKSTUK
1. Apparaat zonder mesrooster en drukstuk
2. Plaats het mesrooster in de onderplaat
en bevestig het met de ringen en schroeven.
3. laats het drukstuk op het mesrooster.P
4. Laat de hendel zakken en zet de hendel,
met de hendel helemaal naar beneden,
met schroeven aan het frame vast.
5. Til de hendel op.
ELE HULPSTUKKEN
D e CF-5 frietessnijder kan worden uitgerust
met mesrooster sets in de volgende maten:
- 8x8 mm
- 10x10 mm
- 12x12 mm
5. Wanneer u beide veren heeft gemonteerd,
is de machine klaar voor gebruik

This user manual explains how to install and
maintain the CF-5 hand-operated potato-
chipping machine.
This machine has been designed and manu-
factured according to the European
Machinery Directive 98/37/EEC.
 
1. Fix the feet with bolts.
2. Lift the lever to the highest position.
3. With the lever in that position, set one
end of the spring in the upper pin and
stretch the spring downward until it fits
into the lower pin.
4. Repeat step 3 with the other spring.
5. When you have finished fitting both
springs, the machine is ready to work.

For optimum cleaning of your CF-5 hand-
operated potato chipper, remove the grid
and pusher. To do so, undo the fixing
screws.
Clean all the parts that have been in contact
with food with hot water and food-compati-
ble detergent immediately after use. Then,
rinse with plenty of hot water and disinfect
with a soft cloth impregnated with ethyl
alcohol (90º).
The grid cutters are sharp. Handle them with
care when washing them.
   
1. Machine without grid and pusher
2. Set the grid in the lower housing and fix
it with washers and screws.
3. Put the pusher on the grid.
4. Lower the lever and with the lever com-
pletely down, secure the pusher to the
body with screws.
5. Lift the lever.
 
The CF-5 hand-operated potato chipper can
be fitted with grid-pusher sets in the follo-
wing sizes:
- 8x8 mm
- 10x10 mm
- 12x12 mm
