Please read the entire instruction manual before using the
product and save it for future reference. We reserve the right
for any errors in text or images and any necessary changes
made to technical data. If you have any questions regarding

Product description
Digital watch. Alarm, date, stopwatch with split time, double
time zones and background light. Water resistant to 100 m.
Face diameter of 42 mm. CR2025 battery (included).
Note
1. Never try to open the watch or to remove the back of
the casing.
2. Never push any of the buttons whilst under water.
3. The watch is constructed to handle impact or vibrations,
even so, try to avoid rough treatment.
4. Avoid exposing the watch to extreme heat.
5. Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth when needed.
Never use strong cleaning agents or solvents as this may
damage the plastic components of the watch.
6. Avoid exposing the watch to environments where there
is electromagnetic radiation.
Buttons
Use
Press [MODE] (B) repeatedly to advance through
the different functions in the following order:
Time – Alarm – Stopwatch – Dual time display.

A. Display current time
12/24 hour display
• Press [A] (in time display mode) to
select a 12 or 24 hour display mode.
Calendar display
• Press and hold [D] (in settings mode) to
display the Year, Month and Date.
Setting the time
1. Press and hold [A] (in settings mode)
until “00” (for seconds) starts to flash.
2. .Press [D] to set the seconds to 00
4. Press [D] to increase. Hold the button in
to advance quickly.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the remaining settings.
Seconds – Hours – Minutes – Year – Month – Date.
6. Press [A] to exit time setting mode.
B. Alarm and hour signal
(AL is displayed)
Activation
• Press [D] (in alarm mode) in the following
order to activate/shut off the alarm and
hour signal:
3. Press [B] to confirm and advance to next
setting (hours).
Display
A. Current time display (Normal mode)
• 12/24 hour display
• Hours, Minutes, Seconds, Day, Date and
Year (2000 to 2099)
B. Alarm (AL)
• Sounds every hour
• The alarm will sound daily at the set time
Alarm and hour signal deactivated – alarm activated – hour
signal activated – Alarm and hour signal activated etc. Icons
for the set functions will be displayed.
Setting the alarm
1. Press and hold [A] (in alarm mode)
until “00” (for hours) starts flashing.
2. Press [D] to set the hours.
3. Press [B] to confirm and to
open the next setting (minutes).
4. Press [D] to increase. Hold the button
in to advance quickly.
5. Press [B] to exit the alarm setting mode.

2. Press [D] to set the hours.
C. Stopwatch (SP is displayed)
Lap time
1. Press [D] (in stopwatch mode) to start
the stopwatch.
3. Press [A] to reset the stopwatch back to zero.
Split time
1. Press [D] (in stopwatch mode) to start
the stopwatch.
2. Press [A] to display the split time.
3. Press [A] again to delete the split time and
to start the stopwatch function again.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to display any new split times.
5. Press [D] again to stop the stopwatch and to display
the total elapsed time.
D. Dual time display (T2 is displayed)
Settings
1. Press and hold in [A] (in dual time mode)
until “00” (for hours) starts flashing.
2. Press [D] again to stop the stopwatch and
to display the lap time.
3. Press [B] to confirm and to open the next
setting (minutes).
4. Press [D] to increase. Hold the button in to
advance quickly.
5. Press [A] to exit the time setting.

Produktbeskrivning
Armbandsklocka, digital. Alarm, datum, stoppur med
mellantid, dubbla tidzoner och bakgrundsbelysning. Vatten-
skyddad 100 m. Diam. 42 mm. Batterityp CR2025 (medföljer).
Tänk på detta
1. Försök aldrig att öppna armbandsklockan eller att
ta bort baksidan.
2. Tryck aldrig på någon av knapparna under vattenytan.
3. Klockan är konstruerad med tanke på att den ska klara
stötar och vibrationer, men försök ändå undvika att
utsätta den för stötar eller omild behandling.
4. Undvik att utsätta armbandsklockan för extrema
temperaturer.
5. Torka av klockan utvändigt med en torr tvättduk vid behov.
Använd aldrig starka rengöringsmedel eller lösningsmedel
eftersomdet kan skada klockans plastdetaljer.
6. Undvik att utsätta klockan för miljöer med
elektromagnetisk strålning.
