1. Introduction

This symbol on the device or the package indicates that disposal of the device after its lifecycle could

2. Safety Instructions

 Indoor use only.

 Keep the device away from children and unauthorised users.

 Do not connect to an appliance with a load exceeding the capacity of the timer (see Technical

Specifications).

 Do not use a timer to control an appliance containing a heating element (cooking appliance, heater, iron…).

 Never leave the appliance unattended while in use.

 Always make sure the plug of the connected appliance is fully inserted into the timer.

 Never plug a timer into another timer.

 Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty and the

dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.

3. Operation

Note: use the timer only between 0 °C and 55°C

Setting the Time

1. Rotate the dial in a clockwise direction and set the dial corresponding the time.

2. Example: At 2 pm, set the dial at 14. Each dash between the numbers represents 15 minutes.

Setting the Timer

1. The timer delay is determined by the black push segments around the dial. Each segment represents 15

minutes. Push down all the segments for the time you want the connected appliance to be switched on.

Example: The connected appliance must be switched on at 9 am and switched off at 6 pm. Push down all

the segments between 9 and 18 in ascending order.

2. Next, connect the timer to the mains. Make sure the timer is switched off.

3. Connect the appliance to the timer and switch on the appliance. Finally, switch on the timer.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance

 Remove the timer from the mains before cleaning.

 Wipe with a dry cloth. Do not immerse in water or any liquid.

1. Inleiding

Dit symbool op het toestel of de verpakking geeft aan dat, als het na zijn levenscyclus wordt

weggeworpen, dit toestel schade kan toebrengen aan het milieu. Gooi dit toestel (en eventuele

batterijen) niet bij het gewone huishoudelijke afval; het moet bij een gespecialiseerd bedrijf

terechtkomen voor recyclage. U moet dit toestel naar uw dealer of naar een lokaal recyclagepunt

brengen. Respecteer de plaatselijke milieuwetgeving.

Hebt u vragen, contacteer dan de plaatselijke autoriteiten betreffende de verwijdering.

2. Veiligheidsinstructies

 Gebruik het toestel enkel binnenshuis.

 Houd dit toestel uit de buurt van kinderen en onbevoegden.

 Koppel niet aan een toestel met een last hoger dan het vermogen van de timer (zie technische specificaties).

 Gebruik de timer niet met een toestel met een verwarmingselement (kooktoestel, kachel, strijkijzer...).

 Laat een ingeschakeld toestel nooit onbeheerd achter.

 Zorg ervoor dat de stekker van het aangesloten toestel goed in de timer steekt.

 Steek nooit een timer in een tweede timer.

 De garantie geldt niet voor schade door het negeren van bepaalde richtlijnen in deze handleiding en uw dealer

zal de verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor defecten of problemen die hier rechtstreeks verband mee houden.

3. Gebruik

Opmerking: Gebruik de timer alleen tussen -0 °C en 55 °C

Instellen van de tijd

1. Draai de schijf met de wijzers van de klok mee en stel de correcte tijd in.

2. Voorbeeld: Plaats de schijf op 14 wanneer het 14.00 u is. Elk streepje tussen twee cijfers stelt 15 minuten voor.

Instellen van de timer

1. Stel de tijd in met behulp van de zwarte drukknopjes. Elk knopje stelt 15 minuten voor. Druk alle knopjes

tussen de gewenste in- en uitschakeltijd in.

Voorbeeld: Het aangesloten toestel moet om 9.00 u ingeschakeld en om 18.00 u uitgeschakeld worden.

Druk alle knopjes tussen 9 en 18 in, in stijgende volgorde.

2. Stop de timer vervolgens in een stopcontact. Zorg ervoor dat de timer uitgeschakeld is.

3. Koppel het toestel aan de timer en schakel het toestel in. Schakel als laatste de timer in.

4. Reiniging en onderhoud

 Verwijder de timer uit het stopcontact alvorens hem schoon te maken.

 Veeg schoon met een droge doek. Dompel het toestel nooit in water of een andere vloeistof.
