Turning the flashlight ON and OFF
To turn the flashlight ON and OFF, push the button at the barrel of the flashlight. Three step Quick
Cycle Switch function-touch for maximum light, click for high light and click again for low light.
Speed-Focus
This flashlight is focusable. To adjust the beam to suit your application, simply push forward or pull
back on the head of the light.
Replacing the batteries
To replace the batteries, please unscrew the cap at the end of the flashlight. Take out the used
(discharged) batteries and dispose of them properly. Insert the new batteries with the positive pole
(+) first. Close the flashlight by screwing the end cap back in place.
Important – when inserting new batteries, follow the polarity marks (+) and (-) that are marked on
the battery housing. If inserted incorrectly, battery damage could occur which could cause an
explosion.
Batteries
Never try to recharge batteries or use fresh and used batteries together. Always change all
batteries at the same time and use high quality batteries and the same type only. Do not use high
current batteries or accumulators because of different electrical values. If you do not intend to use
the lamp for a long period of time, take the batteries out to prevent them leaking and damaging the
lamp. Discharged batteries must be taken out. Used batteries and accumulators are hazardous
waste and must be disposed of according to government regulations.
WARNING
Do not shine the light directly in someone’s eyes. If the light beam does shine directly in your
eye, look away immediately. Do not use any magnifying instruments with this flashlight that could
concentrate the light beam.

Encendido y apagado
El botón de encendido está situado en el cuello de la linterna. Interruptor de ciclo rápido en tres
pasos: un toque para máxima luz, presionar para luz alta y presionar otra vez para luz baja.
Foco
El foco de esta linterna es regulable. Para ajustar el haz de luz de acuerdo con sus necesidades
simplemente deslice la cabeza de la linterna hacia delante o hacia atrás.
Cambio de Pilas
Para cambiar las pilas se debe desenroscar la tapa situada al final de la linterna. Sacar las pilas
usadas (descargadas) y deshacerse de ellas de forma adecuada. Las pilas deberán cambiarse todas
al mismo tiempo. Colocar las nuevas con el polo positivo (+) para adelante. Cerrar la linterna
enroscando la tapa final en su sitio.
Atención
Cuando se coloquen las nuevas pilas seguir las marcas de polaridad (+) y (-) de la carcasa de las
pilas. Cuando se colocan las pilas de forma incorrecta esto puede dañarlas.
Pilas
No intentar nunca recargar las pilas usadas o usar las nuevas y las gastadas juntas. Cambiar
siempre todas las pilas usadas al mismo tiempo y utilizar unas de alta calidad y del mismo tipo.
Debido a los diferentes valores eléctricos el uso de acumuladores no está permitido. Si no va a usar
la linterna durante algún tiempo, saque las pilas para prevenir posibles daños por sulfatación de las
mismas. Las pilas usadas deben ser retiradas. Las pilas y acumuladores usados son desechos
peligrosos y deben de ser tratados de acuerdo con la legislación actual.
Advertencia de Seguridad
No enfocar a los ojos. Si sucede, cerrar los ojos y volver la cabeza. No usar ningún instrumento de
aumento con esta linterna que pueda concentrar el haz de luz. Cuando se mira directamente a la
lámpara la luz puede deslumbrar momentáneamente.

Ein- und Ausschalten
Der Schalter befindet sich im vorderen Bereich der Lampe. Beim ersten Betätigen des Schalters
erhalten Sie volles Licht, beim nächsten Betätigen des Schalters gedimmtes Licht. Ein erneutes
Betätigen des Schalters schaltet die Lampe wieder aus. Sie können den Schalter auch als Taster
benutzen, wenn Sie den Knopf nicht ganz durchdrücken. Beim Tasten erhalten Sie sofort maximales
Licht.
Fokus
Halten Sie die Lampe am geriffelten Mittelteil mit einer Hand fest und schieben Sie mit der anderen
Hand den Objektivtubus nach vorne oder hinten. Hierdurch können Sie den Lichtstrahl stufenlos
einstellen.
Wechsel der Batterien
Zum Wechsel der Batterien schrauben Sie bitte die Lampe hinten auf. Entnehmen Sie die
verbrauchten Batterien und entsorgen Sie diese. Führen Sie die Batterien mit dem Pluspol (+) voran
in das Batteriefach ein. Danach schrauben Sie die Endkappe wieder zu.
Achtung!
Wenn Sie neue Batterien einlegen, beachten Sie unbedingt die Polaritätsmarkierungen
(+) und (-) im Batteriefach. Andern falls besteht eventuell die Gefahr, dass Batterien beschädigt
werden und explodieren!
Batterien
Nicht wieder aufladbare Batterien dürfen keinesfalls wieder aufgeladen werden. Verwenden Sie
niemals neue und gebrauchte Batterien zusammen. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich hochwertige
Batterien desselben Typs. Wechseln Sie immer alle Batterien auf einmal. Die Verwendung von
Akkus und hochstromfähigen Batterien ist wegen anderer elektrischer Werte nicht zugelassen.
Falls Sie die Lampe längere Zeit nicht verwenden wollen, entnehmen Sie unbedingt die Batterien,
um Schäden zu vermeiden. Leere Batterien müssen entnommen werden. Verbrauchte Batterien
und Akkus sind Sondermüll und müssen gemäß der nationalen Gesetzgebung entsorgt werden.
Sicherheitshinweis
Richten Sie niemals absichtlich den Lichtstrahl in die eigenen oder in die Augen anderer Personen.
Falls ein Lichtstrahl in die Augen trifft, sind die Augen bewusst zu schließen und der Kopf aus dem
Lichtstrahl zu bewegen. Es dürfen keine optisch stark bündelnden Instrumente zur Betrachtung des
Lichtstrahls verwendet werden.Wenn jemand direkt in den Lichtstrahl blickt, kann die hohe
Leuchtkraft der Lampe zu Blenderscheinungen führen.
Bei gewerblicher Nutzung oder der Nutzung im Bereich der öffent-lichen Hand ist der
Benutzer entsprechend der Vorschriften für Laserstrahlung zu unterweisen.
