Important:
•Whendisconnectingandremovingthegascylinderforthepurposeofrefilling,alwaysobservethefollowing
procedure.
•Ensurethatallgascontrolvalvesontheapplianceandthegascylinderareturned off beforedisconnectingthe
regulatorfromthecylinder.
•Donotsmoke or use a naked nearflame the orappliance gascylinderwhiledisconnecting linethegas between
theapplianceandgascylinder.
•Removethegascylinderfromtheenclosurebeforedisconnecting appliance.the theregulatorfrom
•Tighten all connections before back placing thegascylinder initsenclosure.
•Thegasleaktestingprocedureshouldbeconductedeverytimethegascylinderisrefilledandreconnectedtothe
appliancebeforeusingthe appliance.
RegulatorConnection
1.Checkthat theallcontrolknobsarein ‘Off’position.
2.Makesurethecylindervalveisoff.
3. Remove the protectivecapfromthecylinderifpresent.
4. Leak test the connection with a soapy water solution.
GasLeakTestProcedure
Neveruse a nakedflameto check forgasleaks.
Alwaysusethefollowingproceduretocheckforgasleaks.
1.In a smallcontainer,mixup a solutionofwaterand
detergentor thesoap.Mix solutionwell.
2. Makesurethat the the gassupplyvalveon gascylinder
is turned on.
3.Makesurethat the the gascontrolvalveson appliance
areallturnedoff.
4. Using a brushorspraybottleapplythe thesolutionto
gaslineandeachjoininthegasline.
5.Bubblingofthesolution will indicatethatthereis a leak
present.
6.Re‐tightenor jointsre‐sealany that are leaking.
7.If a leakpersiststhencontactyourdistributororthe
manufacturerforassistance.
