Safety
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of theappliance in asafe way and understand
thehazards involved.
• Children shall not play with theappliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance may be carried out by children
aged 8 or over, but only under adult supervision.
Keep theappliance and its mains lead out of reach of children
under theage of 8.
• If thesupply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
themanufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid ahazard.
• Theelement in thebase will begin heating thewater in
thetray. Warning: Theegg boiler gets hot when used and
cools slowly. To avoid burning yourself, only lift theboiler by
thehandle. Do not move theegg boiler when it is turned on.
• This egg boiler is intended for normal domestic use or under
similar conditions such as in staff kitchens or hotel rooms.
• Bear in mind that theegg boiler will become hot when used
and will take awhile to cool down. To avoid burning yourself,
only hold thekettle by thehandle.
