Any ot r type of use is deemed to be inapp priate, and thus may result in any extended warranty he ro

becoming invalid, and may jeopardize your own safety.

 Please keep any long an flat objects, e.g. clothing (scarves, ties tc.) and any jewelry d/or e

(necklaces, bracelets etc.) and any long hair away from the in feed area.

 Switch off the equipment when not in use for a sustained p iod of time. er

 Do not put your hands fingers in the f d area as this may cause serious injury. or ee

 The conti ous onu peration r destroying paper, CDs/DVDs, and credit cards should not fo

exceed the len h of time specified for each model. gt

 You should generally avoid bringing the equipment into contact with liquids, aerosol

flammable liquids gases as they can easily ignite. or

 Switch off the equipment, or unplug it before you move, empty, or clean the machine.

 Switch off the equipment if it is damaged or is not functioning p perly, and ro unplug the power

cable. The equipment ould be checked by a dealer, or by the customer service team. sh

 This machine has b n designed for shre ing paper up to A4 size (75 m²). Larger pieces of ee dd g/

paper must be folded or crushed to the equivalent of A4 size.

 Please pay attention to the maximum mber of sheets per opernu ation to avoid overloading.

 Please do not allow any plastic metal fo to be shredded, as t se types of material can or il he

damage the blades.

 You must never shred paper and CDs/credit cards simultaneously! Please shred CDs and

credit cards o at a time.ne
