and BA RCO reserve a ll rights not expressly grante d to you. You may own the ca rrier on which the Software is pro vided , but the Software
is o wned and copy rig hted by B ARC O or by third party supplier s. Your license confers no title or ownership and is not a sale of any ri ghts
in the Software or its documentation.
By installing, exec uting and/ or using the Softw are, either as initial version or a s an upgrade, upda te, patch or enhancement of a p rior
release, this Software Lic ense shall supersede any terms a nd conditions previously ag reed upon (whether or not in writin g) between Barco
and you with respect to the s ubject matter of this S oftware License and such prev ious terms shall fr om the date hereof ceas e to have any
force or effect; provided, however that this S oft ware License shall not be const rued as a renunciation, discha rge or wa iv er of any r ight or
remedy provided in any terms and conditions previously agreed upon with respect to a failure of either party to perform any of its obligations
under any terms and conditions prev iously ag reed u pon.

The Software contains the following software products: ClickShare
Software L icense Te r ms
1. This Software Lice nse is between you and B ARCO NV, a corporation organized and existing unde r the laws of Belgium registered
under number BE 0 473.191.041, Commercial Companies’ Re gister o f Kortrijk, having its registe red of ce President Kennedypark, 35fi
at B-8500 Kortrijk, Belgium ("Barco") for the use of the Software.
You hereby undertake to inform all users authorized by you to make use of the computing device on which the Software is loaded/in-
stalled (“Authorized Users”) of the terms of this Softwar e License a nd to bind all Authorized Us ers to accept a ll such t erms of this
Software L icense as applies t o them.
2. Barco grants y ou a li mited, non-exclusive, non-assign able, non-transferab le user l icense (without the right to g rant sublicenses ).
Unless specifically a greed upon otherwise between y ou and Barco or unless specifically allowed by the S oft ware (o r its DRM man-
agement) itself, i ) the license under this Software License applies to one ( 1) copy of the Softwar e to be used on one single c omputing
device and ii) installation on a computing device that may be concurrently accessed by more than one user shall not constitute a
permitted use and a separate license is required for each active user connected to a c ompu ting d evice on which the So ftware is being
used.
You and Authorized Users are entitled to use the Software for the purposes and in the manner set out in this Software License (and
documentation), but neither you nor any Authorized User are entitled to: (i) sell or grant a security interest in the Software to other
parties in any way, or to rent, leas e or sub-license the Software to others without the express prior w ritten consent of Barco; or (ii)
explo it the S oftware or any of its component parts for any comm er ci al purpose, other than us e by you a nd/or Authorized Users of the
Software.
Neither you nor any Authorized Use r m ay, whether in whole or in part, copy, t ranslate, reverse engineer, derive source code from,
modify, disassemble, decompile, create derivative works based on the Software, or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the
Software, save as may be permitted by law or this Software License, without the prior consent, in writing, of Barco.
3. Barc o (and B arco’s licensors, as appropriate) retain ow ners hip of all intellectual prop erty rights in the Software an d any copies you
or any A uthorized User may make of such S oftwar e. The S oftware is protected by national copyright laws, international copyright
tre aties a nd conventions, and other applicable laws. All rights not e xpressly licensed t o you in this Software License are reserve d
to Barco and Barco’s licensors, as a ppropr iate. The Software contains certain other licensed materials and B arco’s licensors may
protect their rights in the event of any violation of this Software License.
