SAFETY

• By ignoring the safety instructions the

manufacturer cannot be held responsible for

become very hot and cause burns. Particular

attention has to be given where children and

• Do not use the appliance with a programmer,

timer, separate remote-control system or any

other device that switches the heater on

automatically, since a fire risk exists if the

heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.

• Do not use this heater in the immediate

surroundings of a bath, a shower or a

swimming pool.

• Please do not install the appliance close to

curtains and other combustible materials. This

could cause a fire.

• The heater must not be located immediately

below a socket-outlet.

• The heater needs to be installed so that the

switches and other controls cannot be

touched by a person in the bath or shower.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10

cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for

installation in a cabinet or for outside use.

• When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odour will

occur. This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This odour is only

temporary and will disappear soon.

USE

• Place the appliance on a stable and flat surface.

• Plug the appliance in an earthed socket.

• Press the On/Off switch at the back of the appliance to turn the

appliance on in standby mode. The appliance will beep once.

• Press the On/Off icon on the display to turn the appliance on. The

appliance will begin operating in Fan mode.

Note: The indicated temperature on the heater may deviate in standby

mode but stabilizes once the appliance has been activated.

• Press the Mode icon to select the desired mode - High-heating - Low-

heating or to return to Fan mode.

• The appliance will start operating in the selected mode.

Low-heating mode

In Low-heating mode the appliance will blow warm air at a low speed.

• To activate the Low-heating mode, press the Mode icon until the low-

heating indicator appears in the display.

High-heating mode

In High-heating mode the appliance will blow warm air at a high speed.

• To activate the high-heating mode, press the Mode icon until the High-

heating indicator appears in the display.

Fan mode

In Fan mode the appliance will blow cool air.

• To activate the fan mode, press the mode icon until the heating modes

are deactivated and are no longer shown in the display.

Adjusting the temperature

• When using the heating modes you can adjust the temperature between

10°C and 35°C using the Plus and Minus icons. The set temperature will

blink in the display then revert to the current room temperature.

ECO function

The ECO function compares the target temperature with the current room

temperature and automatically selects the most appropriate heating level

to guarantee an optimum comfort level, while reducing the energy

consumption. While the ECO function is on, the appliance may switch

alternately between the Low and High heating levels.

• To activate the ECO function, press the ECO icon on the display. The

ECO indicator will show in the display and the appliance will start

operating in ECO mode.

Timer Off function

• Activate the desired operating mode.

• Press the Timer icon. The timer indicator will show in the display.

• Use the Plus and Minus icons to set the desired time in hours for the

appliance to shut down. After 5 seconds, the display will revert to

showing the current room temperature.

• The Timer can be set between 1-24 hours.

Oscillation function

• To activate the oscillation function, while the appliance is in use, press

the Oscillation icon. The appliance will start oscillating and the oscillation

on indicator will show in the display.

• To deactivate the oscillation function press the Oscillation icon again.

Anti-tip-over

This unit is equipped with a safety tip-over switch that automatically shuts

off the heater element if the heater is not in the upright position. If the unit

is in heating mode when tilted, 5 beeps will be sounded then the unit will

shut off following a 30-second countdown. If it is in fan mode when tilted,

the unit will shut off immediately. Press the On/Off icon when the unit is

returned to the upright position.

To turn the appliance off

• To turn the appliance off press the On/Off icon.

If the appliance is operating in any of the heating modes it will shut down

following the digital countdown from 30 to 0 seconds.

• When the appliance is not in use, turn the standby switch off and unplug

the appliance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down. Use a soft, slightly damp

cloth to wipe appliance surfaces. Do not allow water or any other liquid to

get into the unit.

• Clean the air suction opening from time to time with a fine brush.

kan brand veroorzaken.

• De verwarming dient niet direct onder een

stopcontact geplaatst te worden.

• De kachel moet zodanig worden gemonteerd

dat de knoppen en andere

bedieningselementen niet vanuit het bad of de

douche bediend kunnen worden.

VOORAFGAAND AAN HET EERSTE GEBRUIK

• Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. Zorg voor

minimaal 10 cm vrije ruimte rondom het apparaat. Dit apparaat is niet

geschikt voor inbouw of gebruik buitenshuis.

• Wanneer u het apparaat voor het eerst inschakelt, kunt een lichte geur

opmerken. Dit is normaal, zorg voor voldoende ventilatie. Deze geur is

slechts tijdelijk en verdwijnt al snel.

GEBRUIK

• Plaats het apparaat op een stabiele, vlakke ondergrond.

• Doe de stekker van het apparaat in een geaard stopcontact.

• Druk op de aan/uit-schakelaar aan de achterzijde van het apparaat om

het apparaat in de stand-bymodus te zetten. Er klinkt één piepje.

• Druk op het aan/uit-pictogram op het display om het apparaat in te

schakelen. Het apparaat wordt geactiveerd in de ventilatormodus (FAN).

Opmerking: De aangegeven temperatuur op de heater kan afwijken in de

stand-bymodus, maar stabiliseert zich zodra het apparaat is geactiveerd.

• Druk op het moduspictogram om de gewenste modus te selecteren:

verwarming met hoog vermogen, verwarming met laag vermogen of

terug naar de ventilatormodus.

• Het apparaat wordt geactiveerd in de geselecteerde modus.

Modus voor verwarming met laag vermogen

In de modus voor verwarming met laag vermogen wordt er met een lage

snelheid warme lucht uitgeblazen.

• Als u de modus voor verwarming met laag vermogen wilt activeren, drukt

u op het moduspictogram tot de bijbehorende indicator op het display

verschijnt.

Modus voor verwarming met hoog vermogen

In de modus voor verwarming met hoog vermogen wordt er met een hoge

snelheid warme lucht uitgeblazen.

• Als u de modus voor verwarming met hoog vermogen wilt activeren,

drukt u op het moduspictogram tot de bijbehorende indicator op het

display verschijnt.

Ventilatormodus

In de ventilatormodus wordt er koele lucht uit het apparaat geblazen.

• Als u de ventilatormodus wilt activeren, drukt u op het moduspictogram

tot de verwarmingsmodi worden gedeactiveerd en niet meer zichtbaar

zijn op het display.

De temperatuur aanpassen

• Als u de verwarmingsmodi gebruikt, kunt u de temperatuur tussen 10°C

en 35°C instellen met de plus- en minpictogrammen. De ingestelde

temperatuur knippert op het display. Daarna wordt de huidige

kamertemperatuur weer weergegeven.

ECO-functie

Bij de ECO-functie wordt de doeltemperatuur vergeleken met de huidige

kamertemperatuur. Het meest geschikte verwarmingsvermogen wordt

automatisch geselecteerd om optimaal comfort te garanderen terwijl het

energieverbruik wordt beperkt. Als de ECO-functie is geactiveerd, kan het

apparaat schakelen tussen de modi voor verwarming met laag en hoog

vermogen.

• Druk op het ECO-pictogram op het display om de ECO-functie te

activeren. De ECO-indicator wordt op het display weergegeven en de

ECO-modus wordt op het apparaat geactiveerd.

Functie voor uitschakeling van de timer

• Activeer de gewenste modus.

• Druk op het timerpictogram. De timerindicator wordt op het display

weergegeven.

• Stel met het plus- en minpictogram de gewenste tijd in uren in waarop

het apparaat moet worden uitgeschakeld. Na 5seconden wordt de

huidige kamertemperatuur weer weergegeven op het display.

• De timer kan worden ingesteld tussen 1 en 24uur.

Oscillatiefunctie

• Als u de oscillatiefunctie wilt activeren, drukt u op het oscillatiepictogram

terwijl het apparaat actief is. De oscillatiefunctie van het apparaat wordt

gestart en de bijbehorende indicator wordt op het display weergegeven.

• Als u de oscillatiefunctie wilt deactiveren, drukt u opnieuw op het

oscillatiepictogram.

Kantelbeveiliging

Dit apparaat is voorzien van een kantelbeveiliging waarmee de heater

automatisch wordt uitgeschakeld als deze niet rechtop staat. Als het

apparaat in een verwarmingsstand staat als het wordt gekanteld, klinken

er 5pieptonen en wordt het apparaat uitgeschakeld nadat er 30seconden

is afgeteld. Als het apparaat in een ventilatorstand staat als het wordt

gekanteld, wordt het apparaat onmiddellijk uitgeschakeld. Druk op het aan/

uit-pictogram wanneer het apparaat weer rechtop is gezet.

Het apparaat uitschakelen

• Druk op het aan/uit-pictogram om het apparaat uit te schakelen.

Als een van de verwarmingsmodi actief is, wordt het apparaat

uitgeschakeld nadat er digitaal is afgeteld van 30 naar 0seconden.

• Als u het apparaat niet gebruikt, zet u de stand-byschakelaar in de uit-

stand en haalt u de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact.

REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD

• Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat afkoelen.

Gebruik een zachte, iets vochtige doek om het apparaat schoon te

maken. Zorg ervoor dat er geen water of andere vloeistof in het apparaat

komt.

• Reinig de lucht aanzuigopening van tijd tot tijd grondig met een fijne

borstel.

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION

• Mettez l'appareil sur une surface stable plate et assurez un dégagement

tout autour de l'appareil d'au moins 10 cm. Cet appareil ne convient pas

à une installation dans une armoire ou à un usage à l'extérieur.

• Lorsque l'appareil est allumé pour la première fois, une légère odeur

s'en dégage. Cette odeur est normale, assurez-vous simplement de

ventiler la pièce. Elle n'est que temporaire et disparaît rapidement.

UTILISATION

• Posez l'appareil sur une surface stable et plane.

• Branchez le cordon d'alimentation dans une prise secteur reliée à la

terre.

• Appuyez sur l'interrupteur Marche/Arrêt à l'arrière de l'appareil pour

l'allumer en mode veille. L'appareil émet un bip.

• Appuyez sur l'icône Marche/Arrêt sur l'écran pour mettre l'appareil en

marche. L'appareil commence à fonctionner en mode Ventilateur.

Remarque: La température indiquée sur le radiateur peut varier en mode

veille, mais se stabilise une fois l'appareil en marche.

• Appuyez sur l'icône de mode pour sélectionner le mode souhaité ܊–

Chauffage élevé, Chauffage bas – ou pour revenir au mode Ventilateur.

• L'appareil commence à fonctionner dans le mode sélectionné.

Mode Chauffage bas

En mode Chauffage bas, l'appareil souffle de l'air chaud à basse vitesse.

• Pour activer le mode Chauffage bas, appuyez sur l'icône Mode jusqu'à

ce que l'indicateur de chauffage bas s'affiche à l'écran.

Mode Chauffage élevé

En mode Chauffage élevé, l'appareil souffle de l'air chaud à haute vitesse.

• Pour activer le mode Chauffage élevé, appuyez sur l'icône Mode jusqu'à

Mode Ventilateur

En mode Ventilateur, l'appareil souffle un air froid.

• Pour activer le mode Ventilateur, appuyez sur l'icône de mode jusqu'à

Réglage de la température

• Lorsque vous utilisez les modes de chauffage, vous pouvez régler la

Anti-basculement

Cet appareil est équipé d'un interrupteur de sécurité qui éteint

automatiquement l'élément chauffant si le radiateur n'est pas en position

verticale. Si l'appareil est en mode Chauffage lorsqu'il bascule ou est

incliné, il émet 5bips puis s'éteint après un compte à rebours de

30secondes. S'il est en mode Ventilateur lorsqu'il bascule ou est incliné,

l'appareil s'éteint immédiatement. Appuyez sur l'icône Marche/Arrêt

lorsque l'appareil est remis en position verticale.

Éteindre l'appareil

• Pour éteindre l'appareil, appuyez sur l'icône Marche/Arrêt.

Si un mode de chauffage a été sélectionné, l'appareil s'éteint après le

compte à rebours numérique de 30secondes.

• Si vous n'utilisez pas l'appareil, éteignez-le à l'aide de l'interrupteur

principal et débranchez-le.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

• Débranchez l'appareil et laissez-le refroidir. Utilisez un chiffon doux,

légèrement humide pour essuyer les surfaces de l'appareil. Ne laissez

VOR DER ERSTEN INBETRIEBNAHME

• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene und stabile Fläche und halten Sie

Modus „Heizung niedrig“

Im Niedrig-Heizbetrieb bläst das Gerät warme Luft mit geringer

Lüftergeschwindigkeit.

• Um den Niedrig-Heizbetrieb zu aktivieren, drücken Sie auf das Modus-

Symbol, bis die Anzeige „Heizung niedrig“ im Display erscheint.

Modus „Heizung hoch“

Im Hoch-Heizbetrieb bläst das Gerät warme Luft mit hoher

Lüftergeschwindigkeit.

• Um den Hoch-Heizbetrieb zu aktivieren, drücken Sie auf das Modus-

Symbol, bis die Anzeige „Heizung hoch“ im Display erscheint.

Lüftermodus

Im Lüftermodus bläst das Gerät kühle Luft.

• Um den Lüftermodus zu aktivieren, drücken Sie auf das Modus-Symbol,

bis die Heizmodi deaktiviert sind und nicht mehr im Display erscheinen.

Temperatureinstellung

• Beim Betrieb in einem der Heizmodi lässt sich die Temperatur mit den

Symbolen für Plus und Minus zwischen 10°C und 35°C einstellen. Die

Temperatur blinkt auf dem Display und kehrt dann zur momentanen

Raumtemperatur zurück.

ECO-Funktion

Die ECO-Funktion vergleicht die Zieltemperatur mit der momentanen

Raumtemperatur und wählt automatisch die optimale Heizstufe, um für

maximalen Komfort zu sorgen und gleichzeitig den Energieverbrauch zu

senken. Bei aktivierter ECO-Funktion wechselt das Gerät eventuell

zwischen niedriger und hoher Heizstufe.

• Drücken Sie auf das ECO-Symbol auf dem Display, um die ECO-

Funktion zu aktivieren. Auf dem Display wird das ECO-Symbol

angezeigt, und das Gerät startet den Betrieb im ECO-Modus.

Timer-aus-Funktion

• Wählen Sie die gewünschte Betriebsart.

• Drücken Sie auf das Timersymbol. Auf dem Display erscheint das

Timersymbol.

• Stellen Sie mit den Symbolen für Plus und Minus die Zeit in Stunden ein,

nach der das Gerät ausgeschaltet werden soll. Nach 5Sekunden kehrt

das Display zur momentanen Raumtemperatur zurück.

• Der Timer kann von 1 bis 24Stunden eingestellt werden.

Oszillationsfunktion

Umkippschutz

ANTES DEL PRIMER USO

• Coloque el dispositivo sobre una superficie plana estable y asegúrese

USO

ANTES DA PRIMEIRA UTILIZAÇÃO

• Coloque o aparelho sobre uma superfície plana e estável e deixe, no

mínimo, 10 cm de espaço livre à volta do aparelho. Este aparelho não

está adaptado para a instalação num armário ou para a utilização no

exterior.

• Quando o dispositivo é ligado pela primeira vez, irá sentir um ligeiro

odor. Isto é normal. Assegure-se de que existe uma ventilação

adequada. Este odor é apenas temporário e irá desaparecer em breve.

UTILIZAÇÃO

• Coloque o aparelho sobre uma superfície estável e plana.

• Insira a ficha do aparelho numa tomada de ligação à terra.

• Prima o botão de ligar/desligar que se encontra na traseira do aparelho

para o ligar no modo standby. O aparelho emite um único sinal sonoro.

• Prima o ícone de ligar/desligar no visor para ativar o aparelho. O

aparelho começará a funcionar no modo de ventoinha.

Nota: A temperatura indicada no aquecedor pode divergir no modo

standby, mas estabiliza após a ativação do aparelho.

• Prima o ícone do modo para selecionar o modo de funcionamento

pretendido - aquecimento elevado - aquecimento reduzido - ou voltar ao

modo de ventoinha.

• O aparelho começará a funcionar no modo selecionado.

Modo de aquecimento reduzido

No modo de aquecimento reduzido, o aparelho projeta ar quente a baixa

velocidade.

• Para ativar o modo de aquecimento reduzido, prima o ícone de modo

até que o indicador de aquecimento reduzido apareça no visor.

Modo de aquecimento elevado

No modo de aquecimento elevado, o aparelho projeta ar quente a uma

velocidade elevada.

• Para ativar o modo de aquecimento elevado, prima o ícone de modo até

que o indicador de aquecimento elevado apareça no visor.

Modo de ventoinha

No modo ventoinha, o aparelho produz ar frio.

• Para ativar o modo de ventoinha, prima o ícone de modo até que os

modos de aquecimento sejam desativados e desapareçam no visor.

Ajustar a temperatura

• Quando utiliza os modos de aquecimento, pode programar a

temperatura entre 10°C e 35°C premindo os ícones dos sinais + e -.. A

temperatura programa irá piscar no visor e depois mudar para a

temperatura ambiente atual.

Função ECO

A função ECO compara a temperatura visada com a temperatura

ambiente atual e seleciona automaticamente o nível de aquecimento mais

adequado para garantir um nível de conforto perfeito, ao mesmo tempo

que reduz o consumo de energia. Enquanto a função ECO estiver ativa, o

aparelho poderá alternar entre os níveis de aquecimento reduzido e

elevado.

• Para ativar a função ECO, prima o ícone ECO do visor. O indicador ECO

será exibido no visor e o aparelho começará a funcionar no modo ECO.

Função para desligar o temporizador

• Ativa o modo de funcionamento pretendido.

• Prima o ícone do temporizador O indicador do temporizador surgirá no

visor.

• Use os ícones + e - para programar o tempo (em horas) que pretende

que o aparelho funcione até desligar. Decorridos 5 segundos, o visor

passará a exibir a temperatura ambiente atual.

• O temporizador pode ser programado entre 1-24 horas.

Função de oscilação

• Para ativar a função de oscilação com o aparelho em funcionamento,

prima o ícone de oscilação. O aparelho começará a oscilar e o respetivo

indicador surgirá no visor.

• Para desativar a função de oscilação, prima novamente o respetivo

ícone.

Antiqueda

Este aparelho está equipado com um interruptor antiqueda de segurança

que desliga automaticamente o elemento de aquecimento se o aquecedor

não estiver na vertical. Se o aparelho estiver no modo de aquecimento

quando for inclinado, ouvem-se 5 sinais sonoros e o aparelho desliga-se a

seguir a uma contagem regressiva de 30 segundos. Se estiver no modo

de ventoinha quando for inclinado, o aparelho desliga-se imediatamente.

Prima o ícone de ligar/desligar quando o aparelho regressar à posição

vertical.

Para desligar o aparelho.

• Para desligar o aparelho, prima o ícone de ligar/desligar.

Se o aparelho estiver a funcionar em qualquer dos modos de

aquecimento, desligar-se-á depois de uma contagem digital regressiva de

30 para 0 segundos.

• Quando o aparelho não estiver a ser utilizado, desligue a função de

standby e retire a ficha da tomada.

LIMPEZA E MANUTENÇÃO

• Desligue o aparelho da tomada e deixe-o arrefecer. Utilize um pano

suave e húmido para limpar a superfície do aparelho. Não deixe entrar

água ou qualquer outro líquido no interior do aparelho.

• Limpe a abertura de sucção de ar de vez em quando com uma escova

fina.

PRIMA DEL PRIMO UTILIZZO

• Posizionare l’apparecchio su una superficie piana stabile e assicurare un

minimo di 10 cm di spazio libero intorno. Questo apparecchio non è

idoneo per l'installazione in un armadietto o per uso all'aperto.

• Quando l'apparecchio viene acceso per la prima volta, emetterà un

leggero odore. Questo rientra nel normale funzionamento; assicurare

un'adeguata aerazione del locale. L'odore è solo temporaneo e

scomparirà in breve tempo.

UTILIZZO

• Collocare l'apparecchio su una superficie piana e stabile.

• Collegare l'apparecchio a una presa di corrente dotata di messa a terra.

• Premere l'interruttore di accensione nella parte posteriore

dell'apparecchio per attivare la modalità standby. L'apparecchio emette

un segnale acustico.

• Premere il pulsante On/Off sul display per accendere l'apparecchio.

Nota: La temperatura indicata sul riscaldatore può deviare in modalità

Standby, ma si stabilizza una volta che l'apparecchio è stato attivato.

• Premere il pulsante Modalità per selezionare la modalità desiderata:

Riscaldamento alto, Riscaldamento basso o Ventilatore.

• L'apparecchio avvierà la modalità selezionata.

Modalità Riscaldamento basso

In modalità Riscaldamento basso, l'apparecchio emette aria calda a bassa

velocità.

• Per attivare la modalità Riscaldamento basso, premere il pulsante

Modalità finché l'indicatore Riscaldamento basso non appare sul display.

Modalità Riscaldamento alto

In modalità Riscaldamento alto, l'apparecchio emette aria calda ad alta

velocità.

• Per attivare la modalità Riscaldamento alto, premere il pulsante Modalità

Modalità Ventilatore

In modalità Ventilatore, l'apparecchio emette aria fresca.

• Per attivare la modalità Ventilatore, premere il pulsante Modalità finché

le modalità di riscaldamento non vengono disattivate e il relativo

indicatore scompare dal display.

Regolazione della temperatura

• Quando si usano le modalità di riscaldamento, è possibile regolare la

temperatura tra 10 °C e 35 °C usando i pulsanti Più e Meno. La

temperatura selezionata lampeggia sul display, che poi torna a mostrare

la temperatura ambiente corrente.

Funzione ECO

La funzione ECO confronta la temperatura selezionata con la temperatura

ambiente corrente e seleziona automaticamente il livello di riscaldamento

più appropriato per garantire un comfort ottimale, riducendo allo stesso

tempo il consumo energetico. Quando la funzione ECO è attiva,

l'apparecchio può passare dal livello di riscaldamento basso a quello alto e

viceversa.

• Premere il pulsante ECO sul display per attivare la funzione ECO.

L'indicatore ECO apparirà sul display e l'apparecchio inizierà a

funzionare in modalità ECO.

Funzione di spegnimento con Timer

• Attivare la modalità desiderata.

• Premere il pulsante Timer. L'indicatore timer apparirà sul display.

• Usare i pulsanti Più e Meno per impostare il tempo desiderato in ore

prima dello spegnimento dell'apparecchio. Dopo 5 secondi, il display

tornerà a mostrare la temperatura ambiente corrente.

• Il Timer può essere regolato tra 1 e 24 ore.

Funzione Oscillazione

• Per attivare l'oscillazione, mentre l'apparecchio è in uso, premere il

pulsante Oscillazione. L'apparecchio inizierà a oscillare e l'indicatore

Anti-ribaltamento

L'unità è dotata di un interruttore di sicurezza che spegne

automaticamente l'elemento riscaldante se il riscaldatore non è in

posizione verticale. Se l'unità è in modalità riscaldamento quando viene

inclinata, emetterà 5 segnali acustici e si spegnerà dopo un conto alla

rovescia di 30 secondi. Se l'unità è in modalità ventilatore quando viene

inclinata, si spegnerà immediatamente. Premere il pulsante On/Off quando

l'unità viene riportata in posizione verticale.

Spegnimento dell'apparecchio

• Premere il pulsante On/Off per spegnere l'apparecchio.

Se l'apparecchio sta funzionando in modalità riscaldamento, si spegnerà

dopo un conto alla rovescia digitale da 30 a 0 secondi.

• Quando l'apparecchio non è in uso, spegnerlo dall'interruttore di

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

• Staccare l’apparecchio dalla presa e lasciarlo raffreddare. Utilizzare un

panno morbido appena umido per le superfici. Non permettere che

acqua o altri liquidi penetrino all’interno.

• Pulire l’apertura dell’aspirazione dell’aria di tanto in tanto con un pennello

sottile.
