Lea por completo estas instrucciones antes de utilizar el electrodoméstico. Cuando lo
utilice tome todas las medidas de seguridad necesarias, incluyendo las siguientes:
• Use este producto únicamente en el ámbito doméstico y con los fines que se describen en
este manual de usuario.
• Antes de utilizar el congelador siga atentamente las instrucciones de instalación que se
detallan más adelante y, especialmente, la conexión eléctrica y de toma de tierra.
• Cuando desenchufe el aparato de la toma de red no lo haga tirando del cable, sino sujetando
con firmeza el enchufe y tirando de él en dirección perpendicular a la pared.
• Si observa cualquier daño o defecto en el cable o en el enchufe corte la corriente
suministrada al congelador en su cuadro de luces y contacte inmediatamente con nuestro
servicio técnico para que procedan a su reemplazo.
• Desenchufe el congelador antes de realizar en él tareas de mantenimiento, incluyendo la
limpieza.
• Mantenga despejadas las aberturas de ventilación.
• En ningún caso desensamble el producto. Cualquier reparación o sustitución de piezas debe
ser realizado por personal cualificado. Para resolver incidencias técnicas póngase en

• Si necesita descongelar desenchufe el aparato y déjelo a temperatura ambiente hasta que
se complete la descongelación. No trate de acelerar el proceso con equipos eléctricos (como
un secador) o instrumentos afilados.
• No toque la superficie de las paredes del congelador mientras está en funcionamiento,
especialmente si tiene las manos mojadas o húmedas, p3-ya que la piel puede adherirse. Se
recomienda el uso de guantes para manipular los alimentos congelados en el interior del
arcón.
•
Si un alimento presenta un olor o color extraño tras ser descongelado no lo consuma.
• Una vez descongelado un alimento no vuelva a congelarlo. El consumo de alimentos
recongelados puede acarrear graves daños a su salud.
• Si desea congelar un alimento fresco hágalo lo antes posible para conservar el máximo de
nutrientes posible.
• No congele líquidos en recipientes herméticos sin dejar suficiente espacio al líquido para
aumentar su volumen por la congelación o el recipiente podría explotar.
• Este producto no está diseñado para ser encastrado en un mueble.
• El aparato contiene isobutano refrigerante R600a (consulte la placa de datos del frigorífico);
se trata de un gas natural no nocivo para el medio ambiente, pero inflamable. Al trasladar e
instalar la unidad, se debe poner especial cuidado en no dañar ninguno de los componentes
del circuito de refrigeración. En caso de daños, evite las llamas abiertas o las fuentes de
ignición y ventile durante varios minutos la estancia en la cual se encuentre ubicada la
unidad.
• No instale este producto cerca de gases o productos inflamables.
•
Este producto no debe ser utilizado por niños o personas con deficiencias mentales o
motrices. Si tiene almacenado el arcón sin usar desmonte las puertas y deje puestas las
baldas para que un niño no pueda entrar y quedarse encerrado.
