3 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Your product is guaranteed for a period of 36 months from the
original date of purchase and is intended for DIY (Do It Yourself)
use only. If a product is defective it will be replaced in accordance
with the terms of this warranty. Lithium Ion batteries and chargers
are covered by a 12 month warranty. Warranty excludes
consumable parts, for example: accessories, carbon brushes etc.
WARNING
The following actions will result in the warranty being void.
• If the tool has been operated on a supply voltage other
than that specified on the tool.
• If the tool shows signs of damage or defects caused
by or resulting from abuse, accidents or alterations.
• Failure to perform maintenance as set out within the
instruction manual.
• If the tool is disassembled or tampered with in any way.
• Professional, industrial or high frequency use.

or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the
failure does not amount to a major failure.
Generally you will be responsible for all costs associated with
a claim under this warranty, however, where you have suffered

WARNING! ENSURE THE TOOL IS DISCONNECTED
FROM THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE PERFORMING ANY
OF THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS.
1 Press and hold the spindle
lock button.
2 Unscrew the collet nut and
remove completely.
3 Insert the collet into the
spindle and then cover
with the collet nut.
4 Lightly tighten the collet nut so
that it stays in place.
5 Insert shaft of accessory
into the collet.
Note: The supplied collet will
t3.2mmbitswhen
fully open. When fully
tightened it can reduce
to hold 2.3mm bits.
6 Tighten collet nut using spindle
lock and spanner.
This tool is compatible with all batteries and chargers from the
Ozito Home-12volt range.

Locating a sanding drum
2 Fitthebreangeeitherside
of the cutting disc, then insert
the screw.
1 Loosen the screw on the top
of the sanding drum holder.
3 Tighten the cutting disc onto
the cutting disc holder.
2 Slide the sanding drum onto
the sanding drum holder.
1 Remove the screw from
the end of the disc holder.
Note: Do not over-tighten the screw as it could result in damage to the
cutting disc.
3 Tighten the screw until
the sanding drum sleeve
is secured.
1 Remove the shaft collar.
6 Insert the spindle lock key into
the hole on the handle.
2 Loosen the collet nut.
7 Loosen collet nut then insert
shank of accessory into collet.
3 Raise the handle end of
theexibleshaft&shake
gently until the inner
exibleshaftprotrudes
fromthettingcollaror
use a pair of pliers.
5 Screwtheexibleshaft
ttingcollarontothe
rotary tool.
8 Tightencolletnutandcheckallttingstoensuretheyaresecurely
fastened.
4 Inserttheinnerexibleshaftintothecolletthentightenthecollet
nut.
