or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not
amount to a major failure.
Generally you will be responsible for all costs associated with
a claim under this warranty, however, where you have suffered
any additional direct loss as a result of a defective product you
may be able to claim such expenses by contacting our customer service helpline
above.
WARNING
The following actions will result in the warranty being
void.
• If the tool has been operated on a supply voltage other
than that specied on the tool.
• If the tool shows signs of damage or defects caused
by or resulting from abuse, accidents or alterations.
• Failure to perform maintenance as set out within the instruction manual.
• If the tool is disassembled or tampered with in any way.
5 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Your Product is guaranteed for a period of 60 months from the original date of
purchase and is intended for DIY (Do It Yourself) use only. If a product is defective it
will be replaced in accordance with the terms of this warranty. Lithium Ion
batteries and chargers are covered by a 36 month
warranty. Warranty excludes consumable parts, for example: grass catcher,
wheels, blade, cord clips, bearings etc..

1. ASSEMBLY
SETUP & PREPARATION
1. Place the handle extensions
which there is only one hole,
to the upper end of the lower
handle. From the securing set,
t the bolts through outside
and secure in place with
handle securing knobs.

WARNING! ENSURE THE TOOL IS SWITCHED OFF
AND BATTERIES ARE DISCONNECTED BEFORE
PERFORMING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING TASKS.

2. Place the upper handle inside
the upper ends of the handle
extensions.
Note: There are 2 holes
on each end of the handle
extensions, select the
appropriate hole for the height of
the user.
3. Secure with the handle
securing set.
BATTERY & CHARGER
This tool is compatible with all battery and chargers from the Ozito
Power X Change Range.
4. To attached the assembled handle to the mower body, locate the two
metal lugs found behind each wheel. Insert one side of the handle to the
metal lug. Then press the end of the handle together slightly and attached
the other side.
5. To secure the handle
to the mower, insert a
split pin in each hole
on both sides.

2. PREPARATION
1. Press and hold the lock-off
button, then pull the start/stop
lever towards the handle to
start the mower. Release the
lock-off button once the mower is
running.
2. Release the start/stop lever to
stop the mower.
To prevent accidental start up, the mower is tted with a dual action switch.

Adjusting the Cutting Height

WARNING! ONLY FIT AND REMOVE THE GRASS
CATCHER WHEN THE MOWER IS SWITCHED OFF
AND THE MOTOR HAS COME TO A STOP.
1. Locate cord on outside of
handle. Secure the power
cord from the switch housing
to the mower using the 3
cable clips.

Ensure the cord follows the
handle smoothly from the switch
to the body of the mower.
Grass Catcher Assembly
1. Push the catcher frame into
the grass catcher.
2. Snap the side fastening lugs on
the grass catcher over
the catcher frame.
3. Snap the bottom
fastening lug on the
grass catch over the
catcher frame.
The cutting heights can be set between a range of 14 – 38 mm in 4 intervals
and can be read off the scale. To obtain the desired cutting height, the left
and right height adjustment must be repositioned on the side of the mower
housing.
1. Changing the cutting height is
quick, easy and requires no tools.
Simply pull out the spring-loaded
height adjustment knob and
adjust until the required height is
selected. This enables the roller
assembly to slide up or down to
place the cutting bar at a different
height level.
2. Release height adjustment knob and check that it is securely seated in the
required cutting height position.
Note: Set the cutting height so that the cutting bar does not touch the
ground if there is any uneven ground.
Note: Make sure that left and right height adjustments are at the same
height.
Fitting the Grass Catcher
1. Hook the grass catcher in place
on the left and right side of the
roller.
2. Secure the catcher strap to the
lower handle, adjust so catcher
sits at when mowing.
Note: The ejector ap can be adjusted to a number of different settings for
the ejection of the grass to the grass catcher.
WARNING! ONLY ADJUST THE CUTTING HEIGHT
WHEN THE MOWER IS SWITCHED OFF AND THE
MOTOR HAS COME TO A STOP.
WARNING! THE BLADE CONTINUES TO ROTATE
FOR A FEW SECONDS AFTER THE MOTOR HAS
BEEN SWITCHED OFF. NEVER ATTEMPT TO MANUALLY
STOP THE BLADE.
