Safety instructions

• Do not use the machine without

dust bag and all filters properly

fitted.

• This machine is not intended for

suction of hazardous materials or

gas, doing so may expose people

to serious health risks.

• The machine must not be used for

suction of water or other liquids.

• Do not pick up sharp objects such

as needles or pieces of glass.

• Do not pick up anything that

is burning or smoking such as

cigarettes, matches or hot ashes.

• Use and store this machine indoors

and in a dry environment, 0 °C to

50 °C.

• Do not use the machine outdoors

or on wet surfaces.

• Do not handle the machine with

wet hands.

• Turn off the machine before

unplugging.

• To unplug, grasp the plug, not by

pulling on the cord. Do not carry or

pull the machine by the cord.

• The machine must not be used

if the cord shows any sign of

damage. Regularly inspect the

cord for damage, in particular if it

has been crushed, shut in a door

or run over.

• Do not use the machine if it

appears faulty. Have the machine

inspected by an authorized service

center if the machine has been

dropped, damaged, left outdoors or

has been exposed to water.

• No changes or modifications to

the mechanical or electrical safety

devices should be made.

• All repair must be carried out by an

authorized service center.

• Use only original dust bags,

original filters and original

accessories from your local dealer.

Use of unauthorized dust bags and

filters will void the warranty.

• Turn off the machine and unplug

before starting dust bag or filter

change, grasp the plug, not by

pulling on the cord.

• Do not use the machine as a toy.

Do not leave children with the

machine without supervision.

• This appliance is not intended for

use by young persons or infirm

persons without supervision

unless they have been adequately

supervised by a responsible

person to ensure that they can

use the appliance safely. Young

children should be supervised to

ensure that they do not play with

the appliance.

• If the supply cord cord is damaged,

it must be replaced by the

manufacturer, its service agent or

similarly qualified persons in order

to avoid hazard.

Instructions for use

Before using the machine make sure

that the voltage shown on the rating

plate corresponds with the mains

voltage.

The machine is supplied with dustbag,

prefilter and exhaust filter.

Start and stop

Start

Pull out the cord and plug the

machine into a wall socket. Start the

vacuum cleaner using the start/stop

button on top of the vacuum cleaner.

Stop

Turn off the machine using the start/

stop button. Unplug by grasping the

plug, not by pulling on the cord.

Connecting hose, tube and nozzles

1. Insert the hose connector into the

suction inlet and press until the

hose engages with a click.

2. Connect the bent tube to the tube

and turn it until they engage with a

click.

3. Connect the tube and nozzle and

twist until they engage with a click.

4. The tube is telescopic and can be

adjusted to your height.

Push the button in the middle

of the tube to release the length

adjustment lock. Adjust the tube to

desired length.

Disconnect hose, tube and nozzle

• Disengage the nozzle from the

tube by pressing the button.

• Disengage the hose from the

tube by pressing the button.

• Release the hose connection

from the suction inlet by pressing

the locking mechanism and

remove.

Change of dust bag and ﬁ lters

The size and quality of the dust bag

and filters affect the efficiency of the

vacuum cleaner. Use of non-original

dust bags or non-original filters can

cause restricted air flow which may

lead to machine overload. Use of

accessories other than Nilfisk original

dust bags and Nilfisk original filters

will void the guarantee.

Changing the dust bag

The fill level idicator of

dust bag. When indicator

is completly red the dust

bag must be changed in

order to prevent motor

damage.

Always use original dust bags from

Nilfisk.

1. Release the hose connection from

the suction inlet by pressing the

locking mechanism and then

remove it.

2. Open the lid to the dust container

by lifting the opening button in front

of/under the suction inlet.

3. Grip the handle of the dust bag

holder and remove the

holder and the full dust bag

from the dust container.

4. Seal the dust bag by pulling the

cardboard flap.

5. Remove the full dust bag from the

dust bag holder.

6. Insert the new dust bag by guiding

the cardboard into the slots of the

bag holder.

7. Insert the dust bag holder with new

dust bag into the dust bag

conainer. Check that the dust bag

is fully opened in the dust

container.

8. Close the lid of the dust container.

9. Insert the hose connection into the

suction inlet and press until the

hose engages with a click.

Changing the preﬁ lter

The prefilter protects the motor by

absorbing micro-particles that arn’t

captured by the dust bag. Change the

prefilter with every fourth dust bag.

The prefilter is located behind the dust

bag. Always use original filters from

Nilfisk.

1. Release the hose connection

from the suction inlet by pressing

the locking mechanism and then

remove it.

2. Open the lid to the dust container

by lifting the opening button in

front of/under the suction inlet.

3. Grip the handle of the dust bag

holder and remove the holder

and the full dust bag from the

dust container.

4. Seal the dust bag by pulling the

cardboard flap.

5. Take out the filter holder with

prefilter.

6. Open the filter holder.

7. Remowe the used prefilter.

8. Fit the new prefilter and close the

filter holder. Check that the

prefilter

is correctly fitted in the holder.

9. Place the filter holder in position

and press into place.

10. Insert the dust bag holder with

new dust bag into the dust bag

conainer. Check that the dust

bag is fully opened in the dust

container.

11. Close the lid of the dust container.

12. Insert the hose connection into

the suction inlet and press until

the hose engages with a click.

Changing the exhaust ﬁ lter

The exhaust filter is on some variants

of HEPA type (High Efficiency

Particulate Air filter) model.The filter

cleans exhaust air from micro particles

that are not not captured by the

vacuum bag and prefilter. The HEPA

filter or the exhaust filter can not be

brushed or washed clean. Change the

filter at least once per year. Always

use original HEPA filters and exhaust

filters from Nilfisk.

1. Release the lid on the back of the

vacuum cleaner. This is done by

pressing the locking button

upwards. Remove the lid from the

machine.

2. Remove the used HEPA filter.

3. Insert the new HEPA filter.

Do not touch the surface of the

filter. Handle using the plastic

frame that surrounds the filter.

Check that the HEPA filter is

installed correctly.

4. Replace the lid on the machine.

This is done by inserting the flaps

on the top of the lid in the cor-

responding notches on the

machine.

5. Then press the lower edge of the

lid so the lock closes the lid.

Washable HEPA filter

Some models have washable HEPA

filter.

Rinse the inside of the filter using

lukewarm tap water. Do not use any

cleaning agents and avoid touching

the filter surface. Tap the filter frame

to remove the water.

Do not use an external heat source,

e.g. a radiator or direct sunlight to dry

the filter.

Make sure to let the filter dry before

putting it back into the vacuum

cleaner.

DAdjust the suction power

Suction power is controlled using the

sliding valve on the hose handle.

Suction power is maximal when the

sliding valve is closed and minimal

when open. Adjust the suction power

by moving the sliding valve in

appropriate position.

Suction power is also adjusted using

the slide control on top of the vacuum

cleaner. The symbol on the control

indicates the direction for maximum

and minimum suction power.

Cleaning tips

Adjust the suction power by means of

the slide control on top of the vacuum

cleaner or the sliding valve on the

hose handle.

Crevice nozzle

Use the crevice nozzle for narrow

spaces.

Upholstery nozzle

Use the upholstery nozzle for

upholstered furniture.

Brush nozzle

Use the brush nozzle for curtains and

window sills.

Hard ﬂ oor nozzle

Use the nozzle for hard floors.

Combination nozzle

Adjust the combination nozzle

depending on type of floor.

Turbo nozzle

Use the turbo nozzle for efficient

carpet cleaning.

The different models of these vacuum

cleaners can include different nozzles.

Thermal fuse

The vacuum cleaner is fitted with a

thermal fuse, which prevents it from

overheating. If the thermal fuse blows,

the vacuum cleaner stops and must

cool down before it can be started

again.

Restart

1. Turn off the machine and unplug

from the wall socket.

2. Check that nothing blocks the air

flow through bent tube, hose, tube,

nozzle, dust bag or filters.

3. Let the machine cool down, for at

least 5-10 minutes.

4. Plug in the machine again and

start using the start/stop button.

The machine will not start until it is

sufficiently cool. If the machine does

not start turn it off using the start/

stop button and unplug. Try again in

a while.

WARNING

When activating the automatic

cord rewind, care must be taken

as the plug at the end of the cord

can swing during the last part of the

rewinding. It is recommended that you

hold on to the plug while rewinding.

Parking the tube and nozzle

There are two grooves for parking.

One located on the underside to use

when machine stands on the back,

and the other on the back to use when

the machine is standing on its wheels.

Service and maintenance

• Store the machine in a dry

environment.

• Change the prefilter with every

fourth dust bag. The dust bag

package includes four dust bags

and one prefilter.

• Clean the machine surface with a

dry cloth or a damp cloth with a

little dishwashing liquid.

• Original accessories are available

from a local dealer.

• Service – contact your local dealer.

Recycling and disposal

Recycle packing and dispose of the

machine as recommended by your

local authority. Cut the cable close to

the machine to prevent injury or use of

the defective/disposed machine.

Environmental commitment

This machine is designed in an

environmentally conscious manner. All

plastic parts is marked for recycling.

Responsibility

Nilfisk disclaim all responsibility for all

damage caused by incorrect use or

modification of the machine.

Guarantee and service

This Nilfisk Series vacuum cleaner is

covered by a five (5) year guarantee

on the machine, which covers the

motor, cable rewinder, switch and

casing. The nozzles, filters, hoses,

tubes and other accessories are

covered twelve months due to

manufacturing fault only and excludes

wear and tear.

The guarantee includes spare

parts and labour costs, and covers

manufacturing and material defects

that may occur during normal

domestic use.

Service under the guarantee will

only be performed if it can be proven

that the defect occurred within the

product’s guarantee period (a correctly

completed guarantee certificate or

printed/stamped cash register receipt

with date and product type) and on

the condition that the vacuum cleaner

was bought as a new product in Great

Britain/Ireland/Australia/New Zealand

and distributed by Nilfisk-Advance.

In the event of the repair of defects,

the customer must contact Nilfisk-

Advance to be directed to a service

agent at the customers own expense.

Upon completion of any repairs

necessary, the vacuum cleaner will be

returned to the customer at the risk

and expense of Nilfisk-Advance.

The guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of

accessories and filters.

• Defects or damage occurring as a

direct or indirect result of incorrect

use - such as the vacuuming of

rubble, hot ashes or carpet

deodorant powder.

• Abuse, loss or lack of maintenance

as described in Instructions for

use.

• Plaster dust.

• Saw dust.

• Water.

• Should not be used for home

renovations.

Nor will it cover incorrect or poor

configuration, i.e. setting up or

connection, nor fire-damage, fire,

lightning strike or unusual voltage

fluctuations or any other electrical

disturbances such as defective fuses

or defective electrical installations on

the supply grid, and defects or

damage in general that Nilfisk-

Advance consider to be the result of

causes other than manufacturing and

material defects.

The guarantee becomes void:

• If a defect is caused by the use of

non-original Nilfisk dust bags and

filters.

• If the identity number (serial

number) is removed from the

vacuum cleaner.

• If the vacuum cleaner has

been repaired by a non-Nilfisk

authorized dealer.

• If the machine is used in a

commercial environment, i.e.

building contractors, cleaning

contractors, professional trades or

any other non-domestic usage.

The guarantee is valid in:

Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Great

Britain, Ireland, Belgium, Holland,

France, Germany, Poland, Rusia,

Austria, Switzerland, Spain,

Portugal, Australia and New Zealand,

Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary,

• Nur Original-Staubbeutel, Original-

Filter und Original-Zubehör von

Ihrem Fachhändler verwenden. Die

Verwendung von Nicht-Original-

Staubbeuteln und -filtern setzt die

Gewährleistung außer Kraft.

Bedienungsanleitung

Vor der Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes

sicherstellen, dass die auf dem Typen-

schild angegebene Spannung der

Netzspannung entspricht.

Das Gerät wird mit Staubbeutel,

Vorﬁ lter und Abluftﬁ lter geliefert.

Start

Das Kabel herausziehen und den Ste-

cker in eine Wandsteckdose stecken.

Den Staubsauger am Ein-/Ausschalter

auf dem Gerät einschalten.

Stopp

Das Gerät mithilfe des Ein-/Ausschal-

ters ausschalten. Beim Herausziehen

des Steckers immer den Stecker, nicht

das Kabel anfassen.

Anschluss von Schlauch, Rohr

und Düsen

1. Den Schlauchanschluss in die

Ansaugöffnung stecken und drü-

cken, bis er hörbar einrastet.

2. Das gebogene Ansatzrohr mit dem

Rohr verbinden und drehen, bis sie

mit einem hörbaren Klicken einra-

sten.

3. Saugrohr und Düse miteinander

verbinden und drehen, bis sie mit

einem hörbaren Klicken einrasten.

4. Beim Saugrohr handelt es sich um

ein Teleskoprohr, das sich auf Ihre

Größe einstellen lässt.

Zum Lösen der Längenverriege-

lung drücken Sie auf die Taste in

der Mitte des Rohres. Stellen Sie

das Rohr dann auf die gewünschte

Länge ein.

Entfernen von Schlauch, Rohr

und Düsen

• Die Düse durch Betätigung der

Taste vom Rohr abtrennen.

• Den Schlauch durch Betätigung

der Taste vom Rohr abtrennen.

• Lösen Sie den Schlauchanschluss

von der Ansaugöffnung, indem Sie

den Verriegelungsmechanismus

eindrücken, und nehmen Sie ihn

heraus.

Starten und Stoppen

gemessene Entsorgung dieses Pro-

duktes entstehen könnten. Genauere

Staubbeutel- und Filterwechsel

Größe und Qualität von Staubbeu-

teln und Filtern wirken sich auf die

Leistung des Staubsaugers aus.

Die Verwendung von Nicht-Original-

Staubbeuteln bzw. Nicht-Original-

Filtern kann zu eingeschränktem

Luftdurchsatz und dadurch bedingter

Überlastung des Geräts führen. Bei

der Verwendung von Zubehör wie

Staubbeuteln und Filtern, die nicht

original von Nilfisk sind, erlischt der

Garantieanspruch.

Die Füllstandsanzeige

des Staubbeutels. Wenn

die Anzeige vollkom-

men rot ist, muss der

Staubbeutel gewechselt

werden, damit kein Motorschaden

entsteht.

Nur Original-Staubbeutel von Nilfisk

verwenden.

1. Den Schlauchanschluss durch

Eindrücken des Verriegelungsme-

chanismusses von der Ansaugöff-

nung lösen und herausnehmen.

2. Den Deckel des Staubauffangbe-

hälters durch Anheben der Öffnen/

Schließen-Taste vor/unter der

Ansaugöffnung öffnen.

3. Den Griff der Staubbeutelhalterung

umfassen und den vollen Staub-

beutel an der Halterung aus dem

Staubauffangbehälter herauszie-

hen.

4. Den Staubbeutel durch Ziehen der

Papplasche verschließen.

5. Den vollen Staubbeutel aus dem

Staubauffangbehälter nehmen.

6. Den neuen Staubbeutel einlegen,

dazu

die Papplasche in die Rillen der

Beutelhalterung einführen.

7. Neue Staubbeutelhalterung

mit neuem Staubbeutel in den

Staubauffangbehälter einsetzen.

Sicherstellen, dass der Beutel im

Staubauffangbehälter vollständig

geöffnet ist.

Wechsel des Vorﬁ lters

Der Vorfilter schützt den Motor durch

Absaugung von Kleinstpartikeln, die

nicht vom Staubbeutel aufgefangen

werden. Den Vorfilter bei jedem

vierten Staubbeutelwechsel ebenfalls

wechseln. Der Vorfilter sitzt hinter dem

Staubbeutel. Grundsätzlich nur Origi-

nal-Filter von Nilfisk benutzen.

1. Den Schlauchanschluss durch

Eindrücken des Verriegelungsme-

chanismusses von der Ansaugöff-

nung lösen und herausnehmen.

2. Den Deckel des Staubauffangbe-

hälters durch Anheben der Öff-

nen/Schließen-Taste vor/unter der

Ansaugöffnung öffnen.

3. Den Griff der Staubbeutelhalte-

rung umfassen und den vollen

Staubbeutel an der Halterung

aus dem Staubauffangbehälter

Wechsel des Abluft lters

In einigen Ausführungen ist der Abluft-

filter vom Typ HEPA (High Efficiency

Particulate Air filter). Der Filter reinigt

die Luft von Kleinstpartikeln, die nicht

vom Staubbeutel oder vom Vorfilter

aufgefangen werden. Ein HEPA-Filter

kann weder sauber gebürstet noch

gewaschen werden. Der Filter muss

mindestens einmal im Jahr gewech-

selt werden. Verwenden Sie

grundsätzlich Original-HEPA-Filter und

Original-Abluft lter von Nil sk.

1. Den Deckel auf der Rückseite

des Staubsaugers lösen. Dazu

die Verriegelungstaste nach oben

drücken. Den Deckel vom Gerät

abnehmen.

2. Den HEPA-Filter herausnehmen.

3. Den neuen HEPA-Filter einsetzen.

Dabei die Filteroberfläche nicht

berühren! Den Filter nur am Kunst-

stoffrahmen anfassen. Sicher-

stellen, dass der HEPA-Filter vor-

schriftsmäßig eingesetzt ist.

4. Den Deckel wieder auf das Gerät

aufsetzen.

Dazu die Stutzen auf dem Deckel

in die dazugehörigen Ausspa-

rungen auf dem Gerät einführen.

5. Danach auf die untere Kante

des Deckels drücken, sodass

der Deckel von der Verriegelung

geschlossen wird.

Waschbahrer HEPA-Filter

Einige Modelle verfügen über wasch-

bare HEPA-Filter.

Spülen Sie die Innenseite des Filters

mit lauwarmem Leitungswasser. Ver-

wenden Sie keine Reinigungsmittel

und berühren Sie nicht die Filterflä-

che. Den Filterrahmen klopfen, um

das Wasser zu entfernen.

Benutzen Sie keine externe Wärme-

quelle, z. B. einen Heizkörper oder

direkte Sonneneinstrahlung um den

Filter zu trocknen. Lassen Sie den

Filter trocknen, bevor Sie ihn wieder in

den Staubsauger einsetzen.

DEinstellen der Saugkraft

Die Saugkraft wird mithilfe des Zuluft-

reglers auf dem Schlauchgriff gere-

gelt. Die Saugkraft ist am stärksten,

wenn der Zuluftregler geschlossen

ist, und am schwächsten, wenn er

geöffnet ist. Den Zuluftregler in die

geeignete Position schieben und so

die Saugkraft einstellen.

Die Saugkraft lässt sich ebenfalls

durch Verwendung des Schiebereg-

lers auf dem Staubsauger regeln.

Das Symbol auf dem Regler zeigt die

Richtung für maximale und minimale

Saugkraft an.

Die Saugkraft mithilfe des Schiebe-

reglers auf dem Staubsauger oder

mithilfe des Zuluftreglers auf dem

Schlauchgriff regulieren.

Die Fugendüse ist für enge Zwischen-

räume vorgesehen.

Die Polsterdüse ist für Polstermöbel

vorgesehen.

Der Möbelpinsel ist u. a. für Vorhänge

und Fensterbänke vorgesehen.

Die Hartbodendüse ist für harte Fuß-

böden vorgesehen.

Die Kombi-Bodendüse wird je nach

Bodentyp individuell eingestellt.

Die Turbodüse ist für die wirksame

Teppichreinigung vorgesehen.

Die verschiedenen Ausführungen

dieser Staubsauger können mit unter-

schiedlichen Düsen ausgestattet sein.

Thermosicherung

Der Staubsauger ist zum Schutz vor

Überhitzung mit einer Thermosiche-

rung ausgerüstet. Wenn die Thermo-

sicherung durchbrennt, schaltet sich

der Staubsauger automatisch ab und

muss erst abkühlen, bevor er neu

gestartet werden kann.

Neustart

1. Das Gerät abstellen und den Ste-

cker herausziehen.

2. Darauf achten, dass der Luftstrom

durch gebogenes Ansatzrohr,

Schlauch, Rohr, Düse, Staubbeutel

und Filter nicht blockiert wird.

3. Das Gerät mindestens 5-10 Minu-

ten abkühlen lassen.

4. Den Stecker wieder einstecken

und das Gerät über den Ein-/Aus-

schalter einschalten.

Das Gerät startet erst, wenn es aus-

reichend abgekühlt ist. Falls es nicht

startet, über den Ein-/Ausschalter

wieder abschalten und den Stecker

herausziehen. Nach einer Weile noch-

mals versuchen.

WARNUNG

Vorsicht beim Auslösen des

automatischen Kabeleinzugs.

Im letzten Teil der Einzugbewegung

kann der Netzstecker peitschenförmig

ausschwingen. Wir empfehlen, den

Stecker während des Einziehvorgangs

in der Hand zu halten.

Für das Abstellen des Gerätes gibt

es zwei Einschübe. Ein Einschub

befindet sich auf der Unterseite des

Gerätes; er wird benutzt, wenn es

auf der Rückseite abgestellt wird. Der

andere befindet sich auf der Rückseite

und wird benutzt, wenn das Gerät auf

den Rädern stehend abgestellt wird.

Für diese Nilfisk-Staubsaugerserie gilt

eine 5-Jahresgarantie für das Gerät,

welche den Motor, die Kabelaufrol-

lung, Schalter und Gehäuse abdeckt.

Für die Düsen, Filter, Schläuche,

Rohre und sonstigen Zubehörteile

gilt eine zwölfmonatige Garantie für

Herstellungsfehler, nicht jedoch für

verschleißbedingte Defekte.

Die Garantie deckt Ersatzteile und

Arbeitskosten ab, ebenso Herstel-

lungs- und Materialfehler, die bei nor-

malem Gebrauch auftreten können.

Der im Rahmen der Garantie

anfallende Service erfolgt nur dann,

wenn (anhand eines vorschriftsmäßig

ausgefüllten Garantiescheins oder

eines ausgedruckten/abgestempelten

Kassenbons mit Angabe von Datum

und Produkttyp) nachgewiesen

werden kann, dass der Schaden

während der Garantiefrist entstanden

ist, und unter der Bedingung, dass der

Staubsauger als Neuprodukt und von

Nil sk-Advance vertrieben wurde.

Im Falle einer Reparatur oder Schä-

den muss der Kunde sich an Nilfisk-

Advance wenden, und den Staub-

sauger auf eigene Kosten zu einem

zugewiesenen Serviceanbieter zu

bringen. Nach Durchführung der erfor-

derlichen Reparaturarbeiten erfolgt die

Rücksendung des Staubsaugers zum

Kunden auf Gefahr und Kosten von

Nilfisk-Advance.

Avant d’utiliser l’appareil, vérifiez

que la tension indiquée sur la plaque

signalétique correspond à la tension

du secteur.

L’appareil est fourni avec un sac pous-

sière, un préfiltre et un filtre de sortie.

Mise en marche

Déroulez le câble d’alimentation et

branchez l’appareil dans une prise

murale. Allumez l’aspirateur à l’aide

du bouton marche/arrêt situé sur le

dessus de l’aspirateur.

Arrêt

Éteignez l’appareil à l’aide du bouton

marche/arrêt. Tirez sur la fiche pour

débrancher l’appareil, ne tirez pas sur

le câble d’alimentation.

Montage du ﬂ exible, du tube et

du suceur

1. Insérez le raccord du flexible dans

l’orifice d’aspiration et poussez

jusqu’à ce que le flexible s’en-

clenche avec un déclic.

2. Connectez le tube courbé au tube

et tournez jusqu’à ce qu’un déclic

indique qu’ils sont raccordés.

3. Raccordez le suceur au tube et

tournez jusqu’à ce qu’ils s’en-

clenchent avec un déclic.

4. Le tube est télescopique pour que

vous puissiez le régler à votre hau-

teur.

Poussez le bouton placé au milieu

du tube pour déverrouiller le verrou

d’ajustement de longueur. Réglez

le tube à la longueur voulue.

Démontage du ﬂ exible, du tube et

du suceur

• Détachez le suceur du tube en

appuyant sur le bouton.

• Détachez le flexible du tube en

appuyant sur le bouton.

• Pour détacher le raccord du

flexible de l’orifice d’aspiration,

appuyez sur le mécanisme de ver-

rouillage et enlevez-le.

Remplacement du sac poussière et

des ﬁ ltres

La taille et la qualité du sac poussière

et des filtres sont déterminants pour

l’efficacité de l’aspirateur. L’utilisation

de sacs poussière ou de filtres non

d’origine est susceptible d’empêcher

le passage de l’air et de provoquer

une surchauffe de l’appareil. L’utilisa-

tion d’accessoires autres que les sacs

poussière et les filtres d’origine de

Nilfisk annulera la garantie.

Indicateur du niveau de

remplissage du sac pous-

sière. Quand l’indicateur

est complètement rouge,

le sac poussière doit être

changé afin d’éviter l’en-

dommagement du moteur.

Utilisez toujours des sacs poussière

d’origine Nilfisk.

1. Débranchez le raccord du

flexible de l’orifice d’aspiration en

appuyant sur le mécanisme de

verrouillage et enlevez-le.

2. Ouvrez le couvercle du comparti-

ment du sac poussière en soule-

vant le bouton d’ouverture placé à

l’avant sous l’orifice d’aspiration.

3. Prenez la poignée du porte-sac

poussière et retirez le porte-sac

avec le sac plein du compartiment.

4. Fermez le sac poussière en tirant

sur volet en carton.

5. Retirez le sac poussière plein du

porte-sac.

6. Insérez le sac poussière neuf en

guidant le carton dans les rainures

du porte-sac.

7. Insérez le porte-sac poussière

avec le sac neuf dans le compar-

timent du sac poussière. Vérifiez

que le sac poussière est complè-

tement ouvert dans son comparti-

ment.

8. Refermez le couvercle du compar-

timent.

9. Insérez le raccord du flexible dans

l’orifice d’aspiration et poussez

jusqu’à ce que le flexible s’en-

clenche avec un déclic.

Remplacement du préﬁ ltre

Le préfiltre protège le moteur en

absorbant les micro-particules que le

sac poussière ne peut pas retenir. Le

préfiltre doit être remplacé tous les

quatre changements du sac pous-

sière. Le préfiltre est situé derrière le

sac poussière. Utilisez toujours des

filtres d’origine Nilfisk.

1. Débranchez le raccord du

flexible de l’orifice d’aspiration en

appuyant sur le mécanisme de

verrouillage et enlevez-le.

2. Ouvrez le couvercle du comparti-

ment du sac poussière en soule-

vant le bouton d’ouverture placé à

l’avant/sous l’orifice d’aspiration.

3. Prenez la poignée du porte-sac

poussière et retirez le porte-sac

avec le sac plein du comparti-

ment.

4. Fermez le sac poussière en tirant

sur volet en carton.

5. Sortez le porte-filtre avec le pré-

filtre.

6. Ouvrez le porte-filtre.

7. Retirez le préfiltre usé.

8. Mettez le préfiltre neuf en place

et refermez le porte-filtre. Vérifiez

que le préfiltre est bien installé

dans le porte-filtre.

9. Positionnez le porte-filtre et

appuyez pour le mettre en place.

10. Insérez le porte-sac poussière

avec le sac neuf dans le compar-

timent du sac poussière. Vérifiez

que le sac poussière est complè-

tement ouvert dans son comparti-

ment.

11. Refermez le couvercle du com-

partiment.

12. Insérez le raccord du flexible

dans l’orifice d’aspiration et pous-

sez jusqu’à ce que le flexible

s’enclenche avec un déclic.

Remplacement du sac poussière

Changement du ﬁ ltre de sortie

Le filtre de sortie est sur certains

modèles de type HEPA (filtre à haute

efficacité de retenue des particules

dans l’air). Ce filtre purifie l’air rejeté

des micro-particules que le sac pous-

sière et le préfiltre ne peuvent pas

retenir. Ni le filtre HEPA ni le filtre de

sortie ne peuvent être brossés ou

lavés. Changez le filtre au moins une

fois par an. Utilisez toujours

des filtres HEPA et des filtres de sortie

d’origine de Nilfisk.

1. Ouvrez le couvercle à l’arrière de

l’aspirateur en poussant le bouton

de verrouillage vers le haut. Reti-

rez le couvercle de l’aspirateur.

2. Retirez le filtre HEPA usé.

3. Insérez le filtre HEPA neuf.

Ne touchez pas la surface du filtre.

Tenez-le par le cadre en plastique

qui entoure l’élément filtrant. Véri-

fiez que le filtre HEPA est correcte-

ment installé.

4. Remettez le couvercle de l’aspira-

teur en place.

Pour cela, insérez les languettes

en haut du couvercle dans les

encoches correspondantes de

l’appareil.

5. Puis appuyez sur le bord inférieur

du couvercle pour le verrouiller.

Filtre HEPA lavable

Certains modèles disposent d'un filtre

HEPA lavable.

Rincez l'intérieur du filter avec de l'eau

du robinet tiède. Evitez d'utiliser des

agents de nettoyage ou de toucher la

surface du filter. Tapotez sur le cadre

du filtre pour enlever l'eau.

Ne pas utiliser une source de chaleur

externe, par exemple un radiateur

ou la lumière du soleil directe pour

sécher le filtre.

Prenez soin de laisser sécher le filtre

avant de le remettre sur l'aspirateur.

DRéglage de la puissance

d’aspiration

La puissance d’aspiration se règle

à l’aide du clapet coulissant qui se

trouve sur la poignée du flexible.

La puissance d’aspiration est à son

maximum quant le clapet coulissant

est fermé et à son minimum quand ce

clapet est ouvert. Réglez la puissance

d’aspiration en déplaçant le clapet sur

la position appropriée.

La puissance d’aspiration peut aussi

être réglée à l’aide de la commande

coulissante sur le dessus de l’aspira-

teur. Le symbole figurant sur la com-

mande indique le sens dans lequel
