- Smart Plug only supports electrical devices that
are turned on by using a mechanical switch.
- Devices controlled by an electronic or infrared
remote control are not supported.
- To wirelessly control your device, make sure the
device is turned on.
- There are three ways to turn the connected device
on or off: 1) press the Power Button on Smart Plug;
2) use the EufyHome app; 3) control the device
with your voice via Amazon Alexa.

Controlling Your Plugged-In Devices
with the EufyHome App
With theEufyHome app, you can controldevices
connectedtoSmartPlug.
Turn Smart Plug on or off.
Control plugged-in devices remotely.
Set schedules for plugged-in devices.
Createaneventtodeterminewhen
plugged-indeviceswillautomaticallyturn
onoroff.
Set a countdown timer:
Plugged-indeviceswillautomaticallyturn
onoroffafterapresetamountoftime.
Monitor energy usage:
Trackthepowerconsumptionofyour
plugged-indevicesandgetasummaryof
theenergyfeeafterthedeviceisusedfor
oneday/week/month/quarter/year.
Enable Away Mode:
Plugged-indeviceswillrandomlyturnon
andoffduringthesetperiodoftime,giving
theimpressionthatsomeoneishome.

rightcornertoadd“SmartPlug”toyourEufyHome
account.

Before you start, make sure that:
• SmartPlugisconnectedwiththeEufyHomeapp.
• YouhaveanAlexa-enableddevice(i.e.EufyGenie,
AmazonEcho, Echo Dot and AmazonTap)ora
device enabled with the GoogleAssistant (i.e.
GoogleHome).Thesedevicesaresoldseparately.
• TheAmazonAlexaapportheGoogleHomeapp
isalreadyinstalledonyoursmartdevice,andyou
havecreatedanaccount.
To control your plugged-in devices with Amazon Alexa:
OpentheAlexaappandselect“Skills”fromthe
menuinthetopleftcornerofthehomepage.
OntheSkillsscreen,searchfor“EufyHome”.
Onceyouhavefoundthe“EufyHome”skill,tapEnable.
LoginwithyourEufyHomeaccounttoauthorize
Alexatoaccessyouraccount.
Discovernewsmartdevicesviathe“SmartHome”
menuintheAlexaapporAlexavoicecontrol.
Oncethedeviceisconnected,youcancontrol
theplugged-indevicewithyourvoice.
Follow the instructions in the Google Home
apptoauthorize theGoogleAssitantwithyour
EufyHomeaccount.
A fter successful configura tion,  sa y simple
commandstotheGoogleAssistanttocontrolthe
plugged-indevicewithyourvoice.

Ok Google, turn off my lamp.
You can modify your device name in the EufyHome
app.

Troubleshooting
1. Cannot connect to your Wi-Fi network.
• CheckwhetheryouhaveenteredthecorrectWi-Fi
password.
• CheckwhetherthereareanyInternetconnection
problems.IftheWi-Fisignalistooweak,resetyour
wirelessrouterandtryagain.
• IftheLEDIndicatorissolidblue,indicatingSmart
Plug isconnected to aWi-Finetwork, refreshor
restarttheEufyHomeappandtryagain.
• Ifyoustillhavetrouble,pressandholdthePower
Buttonfor5secondstoresettheWi-Ficonnection.
2. How to reset the Wi-Fi connection.
• PressandholdthePowerButtonfor5secondsto
resettheWi-Ficonnection.TheLEDIndicatorwill
startflashingandalternatebetweenamberand
blue,indicatingSmartPlugisreadyforWi-Fisetup.
3. No response when using the devices with the
EufyHome app.
• CheckwhetherSmartPlugispoweredon.
• CheckwhetherthereareanyInternetproblems.If
necessary,resetyourWi-Firouterandtryagain.
• Ifyoursmartdeviceusesa3Gor4Gmobilenetwork,
checkwhetherthenetworksignalisabnormal.Try
againwhenthesignalbecomesstable.
• Ifyoustillhavetrouble,resettheWi-Ficonnection
andrestarttheWi-Fisetup.
4. Cannot control the connected devices with Alexa
voice control.
• CheckwhetherthereareanyInternetconnection
problems.
• Check whether you have installed theAlexa
app onto your smart device and enabled the
