1. This is a “UNIVERSAL” INTEGRAL CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEM. It is approved to Regulation
 No44,forgeneraluseinvehiclesanditwilltmost,butnotall,carseats.
2. Acorrecttislikelyifthevehiclemanufacturerhasdeclaredinthevehiclehandbookthatthe
 vehicleiscapableofacceptinga“Universal”childrestraintforthisagegroup.
3. Thischildrestrainthasbeenclassiedas“Universal”undermorestringentconditionsthan
 thosewhichappliedtoearlierdesignswhichdonotcarrythisnotice.
4. Ifindoubt,consulteitherthechildrestraintmanufacturerortheretailer.

Never install the car seat on passenger seat
equippedwithairbagwhichcannotbedeactivated!
Thiscouldleadtoseriousinjuryordeath!

childcarseatonthisseat,theseatmustbesetat
lastpossibleposition.
Install the child car seat on rear seat of the car.
Donotinstallitonseatthataresideorbackward
facing.
Childcarseat mustbeinstalledincar onlyindi-
rectionoppositeto motion,sochildis “rearwards
facing”!Baseofthechildcarseatmusttouchthe
seat of the car and its front part must touch the
backrestoftheseat.

NEVER LEAVE THE CHILD IN THE CAR SEAT UNATTENDED!
DO NOT INSTALL THE CAR SEAT IN A WAY DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE SHOWN IN THE
INSTRUCTION. IT IS DANGEROUS TO USE BEARING CONTACT POINTS OTHER THAN THOSE
DESCRIBED IN THIS MANUAL AND MARKED ON THE CAR SEAT!
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE LAP BELT IS LAYING LOW AND THE CHILD’S HIPS ARE
SNUG!
DO NOT MAKE CHANGES, ADDITIONS OR MODIFICATIONS ON THE CAR STRUCTURE WITH
OUT THE APPROVAL OF THE NOTIFIED BODY! If necessary, contact the supplier or an
authorized service center for advice or repair.
IMPROPER USE OF THE CAR SEAT WILL CONTRIBUTE TO REDUCING ITS SAFETY AND
 SECURITYCAPABILITY!Failuretocomplywiththedirectionsforuseinthismanualincreasesthe
 riskofseriousinjuryordeath!
KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE!
 Usethiscarseatfornewbornbabiesandchildrenupto13kg
 (agedapprox.from0upto15months).
 Thiscarseatmustbeinstalledandhandledonlybyadult!
 Hardpartsandthepartsoftherestraintsystem,madeofplastic,mustbelocatedandinstalledso
 thatwhenthevehicleisinnormaloperation,theycannotbetrappedbyaslidingseatorinvehicle
door.
 Thethree-pointbeltforadults,whichattachesthechildseattothevehicleseat,mustbewell
 stretched,notpinchedbythedoor,wrappedontheseatoranyotherpartofthevehicle.Itshouldnot
 rubagainstsharpedgesorparts.
 Thebeltsofthecarseatshouldnotbetwisted,theyshouldbeproperlyfastenedandadjustedtothe
 child'sbody.
 Thebelts-ofthecarseatandthevehicle-shouldnotbetwisted,frayedortorn,latchesandlocks
 (buckles)mustbeinorder.Makesurethattheyarermlyxed.
 Ifyounduncertaintyorfailureinthestructure,latches,strapsorlockingmechanisms,discontinue
 usageuntilremovalofthedamagedpartsandreplacementwithnewones.
 Ifthecarseathasbeensubjecttodestructiveloadsduringviolentimpactoraccident,replaceitwith
new.
 Neveruseasecond-handcarseatorsecond-handspareparts!Thecarseatmayhavebeenina
 violentimpactorcarcrash.
Do not use this car seat without its seat cover and do not replace it with a new one, unless supplied
 bythemanufacturer.
 Donotusethecarseatifthechild'sheadisabovetheupperedgeofthecarseat!
 Anyluggageorotheritemsthatareliabletocauseinjuryincaseofsuddenstop,collisionoraccident
 whentravellingmustberemovedorsecurelyfastenedtoasafedistancefromthecarseatandchild.
 Donotplaceadditionalpadsinthecarseatthanthoseprovidedbythemanufacturer!
 Donotusesparepartsandothercomponentsnotsuppliedbythemanufacturer!Themanufacturer
 takesnoresponsibilityforsafetyincasesparepartsareusedotherthantheoriginal.
 Donotexposethiscarseattodirectsunlighttoavoidinjuriesofthechild,deformationofthecarseat
 andespeciallyoftheplasticparts.
 Thecarseatdoesnotreplaceacarrycotorabed.Shouldyourchildneedtosleep,thenheshould
 beplacedinasuitablecotorbed.
